LONDON (Alliance News) - 1Spatial PLC, an IT software, consultancy and support company, on Wednesday said it has won a new major contract for its cloud division worth in excess of GBP3.0 million.
1Spatial will provide an IT platform and ongoing cloud managed services for the unnamed client. The contract is expected to complete in September and will deliver strong annual recurring revenue for 1Spatial.
"We are delighted to announce this new contract win with a global healthcare provider. The contract will provide our cloud division with a strengthened foothold in the healthcare market," said Marcus Hanke, chief executive.
1Spatial shares were down 2.2% at 4.40 pence on Wednesday morning.
