1PM CFO Helen Walker to step down

(ShareCast News) - AIM-listed specialist provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, 1PM, said its chief financial officer Helen Walker plans to step down at the end of its current financial year ending 31 May 2017."Helen's service agreement has previously been based on an arrangement of four working days per week and Helen intends to leave the employment of the company in order to spend more time with her other client businesses," 1PM said.It will kick off the process of hiring a full-time successor following its full-year results in September 2016.At 1240 BST, 1PM shares were up 2% to 66.80p.
