Tooru PLC: £1m Raised

Tooru (AIM:TOO) has successfully completed its latest capital raise, securing approximately £980,000 in gross proceeds through a combination of a placing and a retail offer.

The WRAP Retail Offer generated £80,340, resulting in the issue of 32,136,000 new shares at the Placing Price. In addition, the Company raised a further £100,000 under the Placing on the same terms as previously announced.

Overall, the fundraising comprised the issue of 360,000,000 Placing Shares and 32,136,000 WRAP Retail Offer Shares, all issued at the Placing Price, strengthening the Company’s balance sheet and providing additional growth capital.

As previously disclosed, the Company will also issue 120,000,000 Conversion Shares at the same price.
