We do have a number for Premium Services, this can be found by clicking 'Members', and then selecting 'Premium Services'. The number is on the bottom of this page. You can also email info@lse.co.uk with any queries or problems, as there is someone checking these until 4.30.
There were no Level 2 outages on Friday, which suggests there was a problem with your account. There was a session error at 16.25, but this was due to you having switched devices and not logging out of one at that time.
Unfortunately we can not see why the error before this could have happened due to the time lapse now. It may have been due to session cookies. Your best bet with these issues is to simply log out and back in again on the same device. Failing that, you can contact us by the methods said above and we can look in to it for you much quicker.
