Understand that there were two law suits pending at the time Range acquired the funds to purchase Trinidad companies and assets. Perhaps I missed it but did anyone see a disclosure of this when shares were offered by Range to Purchase Trinidad assets? Understand that one case is still pending in New York involving guarantees made by previous owners/directors.
Do signed guarantees from Trincan, now owned by Range, become null and void upon the sale of the company? Found surfing SCROLL New York Supreme Court under Gasarch, defendant. Maybe nothing but appears graveolent.
