Frontier Dev Share Price (FDEV)

Expecting some sideways movement here again. All good Imo, 280-320 while we wait for further announcements through RNS or end of month presentations.

Credit to the board here, after dropping the ball last year looks like they're well back on track. Helpful to be given guidance this frequently. Their buys late last year a useful buy signal too.

Too often we see companies where demand will drop for whatever the reason, revs will fall, but then management freeze like deer in headlights, hoping for the best, rather than cutting costs accordingly. Here we can see those 20% cuts already having a bit of an impact minimizing the loss this year. For financial year about to start, those cuts should be fully feeding through to the bottom line.

If/when revenue starts growing again that would be the real gamechanger. Coming to the conclusion video games are just as cyclical as commodities and imo 2023 was bottom of that particular cycle. It's been a hell of a re-rate this year but still feels early.

Some profit taking by PI's at this level but being hoovered up by an II, imo.

Great ride from low 100's. 320 could be first major hurdle, 50day ema around 320. Once that's broke next is 100day SMA around 630 but could take a few months to get there, slow and steady with regular consolidation = a good Christmas.

Still not too late.

2 years of solid IP games and no reason why this couldn't be over 1500 again imo, gla.

Slow and steady buys everyday, anyone got any intel?

I'm actually surprised we've not seen any of the UK plcs in sector acquired yet. Last year this, TM17 and even tiddler TBLD all went mega cheap. But M&A more likely to come from within industry rather than private equity imo.

Keyword Studios always acquisitive. In US big players like Disney taking a $1.5bn stake in Fortnite maker and Netflix making moves into space should at least help sentiment. On the Chinese side Netease have been partnering with or buying a lot of studios. Definite green shoots in sector after that post-Covid lull.
