Further Update
I had another email from Spreadex Ltd this morning and again they are asking me for my account number with them and my email address associated with “my account”.
I have said to them that to resolve my complaint all they have to do is to confirm to me that they will adhere to the FCA’s Handbook Rules.
I have provided them with my mobile number and have said that if they cannot adhere to the FCA’s Handbook Rules then I will complain (again) to the FCA.

Bluerill...nice post..
nil illegitimi carborundum !!!!!
they are trolls.....that is all they are !!.. if you threw moonrock in their face, they would swear blind it is cheese.............may have to try advfn, our trolls are just thickos...it's just like listening to an old 8-track, hence greened out !! same old repetitive irrelevant questions.
our products are award-winning, and innovative too, they will prosper all longterm holders, so chill !!
As echoridge on Advfn, I've had a couple of the most brutal hand-to-hand troll battle days since I began posting on message boards like this one, 5/6 years ago. As I've said many times here and on Telegram, I believe the lead villain on advfn is directly tied to winnifrith, if not the creature himself, and as such is a much more relevant virus to track and push back on, than an everyday troll like vascular, who plays a more common social-media role of an anonymous poster who indulges a deep-seated neediness for attention by acting as an obnoxious gadfly on a board like this one. analyst1 actively promotes fantasy narratives about crucial business activities and the overall health of the company. This active policy of, well, lying, makes this particular villain far more serious than vas on its face. [Fwiw, vas/billy and analyst do share a common ignorance regarding how the market in 2021 values high-growth consumer products companies. But I digress].
The reason that the last 48hours of this constant battle was so turbo-charged of course, was because of the share price's wild swings and high volumes. Let's face it, no matter the level of one's conviction for a company's prospects, there's nothing like having a rising share price at your back to give your exhortations-to-reason more heft, and of course vice versa. No prizes for guessing who was still standing by the end of the day with the share price up 12%, though not before this 'man' wished me dead by being burned alive at the stake. I know, pretty dark sh*t. Anyway, I'm not writing this to pat myself on the back (even though I just did) nor even to encourage more posters here to gravitate to advfn as well as that is where the (dis)information battle needs you most (though I'm doing that too), but because of one of anal's more pedestrian fantasies: that somehow the company's products are 'crap', 'sh*t', 'filthy'. (Again, such baseless claims are a feature, not a bug of the winnifrith approach which this 'analyst' emulates constantly: go straight at a company's greatest strength(s), even or especially, ones that are otherwise entirely uncontroversial, and do anything - very much including wholesale lies - to assert the complete reverse. This 'technique' has of course gained great favour in the US with the alt-right and Trump and here with uber-trolls like Tommy Robinson). Now, other posters here and on Telegram have been great on pushing back on this, especially for our Chill offerings, with photographic and on-line testimonials affirming that our smokes and chews are in fact premium-quality industry leaders, but still, anal's constant lying about Z's product quality grates, and so prompted me to look again at GQ's Grooming Awards for 2021 in which Z's Blood Orange oil won Best For Sleep, and I noticed something kind of great: it was the ONLY product, among 38 winners from the most elite brands, to be CBD-infused. What better refutation to anal's dark fantasies is there than that

CBD specialist Zoetic (ZOE) saw its shares rise 12%. This came in the wake of the company’s business update last week, which highlighted expansion in the US, the value of its Chill brand and international product launches. Earlier this week Zoetic said that its all important audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2021 will be released before the end of August 2021. Given that we are in the run up to this event, it may be that the shares are squeezed higher as bears who have taken the stock from 100p plus to below 50p may decide to cover their positions.
Into STICKY HANDS !!!

Update
Spreadex Ltd are in my opinion lacking in their compliance department.
They think that I must have an account with them to make a formal complaint and as I do not have an account, they are trying to dismiss my complaint.
Spreadex Ltd have failed to understand that they must adhere to the FCA’s Handbook and inform the Market within the guidelines when they cross a percentage threshold.
I have emailed Spreadex Ltd, attempting to enlighten them but I have also copied the FCA Consumer Contact Centre so that the FCA are aware that in my opinion the Compliance Department at Spreadex Ltd need some “guidance”.
Our Share Registers Ltd receive a list of all our shareholders. They will be aware of the major shareholders. It is not their responsibility to contact a shareholder if they cross a percentage shareholding, the onus is on the shareholder. Hopefully our Share Registers Ltd are keeping an eye on our major shareholders and discreetly let them know if they have been lackadaisical in informing the Market.

2 x sells of £343,000 and the share price goes up hahahaha
You have to say the above may be shorts closing. Spreadex must be going long from here in which case we'll g back up to 52 - 54. They'll short us and drop it back to 40s. Rinse and repeat!
I told you all.
The below were shorting closing. You do not go up 9% when over £680,000+ has been sold in one day.
You need to wake up to whats happening here. Those were shorts closing.
Spreadex must have gone long again as buys are flooding. People know this which is why they're buying. Some large buys goring through too. I will say it again, it will go up to 54 region before they close their longs and start to bring the share price down again with a short. This has been repeated again and again and again. The only thing increasing here if you know the game is the financial instruments of spreadex as per the TR1 issued lately. This is why AIM is a joke.
The rules in AIM are simple. There are no rules!

Spreadex Ltd Formal Complaint
I had an interesting phone call late yesterday afternoon from the FCA.
I spoke for about 15 minutes with the person that was dealing with my “complaint”.
At present there is no way of knowing what sanctions (if any) will be taken against Spreadex Ltd.
After my phone call with the FCA yesterday I took note of what was said and what options were available to me, and I decided to make a formal complaint directly to Spreadex Ltd.
I have complained about the late TR1 when they crossed a percentage threshold on the 19th of May 2021 and only informed us on the 28th of May 2021 and I also complained about the recent TR1 when they crossed a percentage threshold on the 23rd of July 2021 and only informed us one week later.

PS If you come across a late TR1 in a share that you are invested in can you please let me know? I am on twitter same handle.
PPS IphoneiTrade how wrong you are. If you ever have the pleasure of talking to FG, he will confirm many things. One day you will wake up and smell the coffee (with a drop of CBD)
Who cares, the spreadex seller is about done, the shares transferred over with no voting rights were down to appropriate 1.5m on last tr1 from memory, I’m sure there isn’t a raise coming, so I’ve reversed the wagon and started loading GLA
Looks like we're back moving in the right direction.
