Surely you to spend money to grow
a business? Once you've invested the money your not going to see instant rise in profits. If I remember rightly Lyn has a five year business plan !! Fourth year will be midway through this year.
yes, headline figure is great, unfortunately it goes very downhill from there though. Another £20m+ of revenue and for what? Busy fools I'd say.
They spend too much, it's that simple. That can't make a profit on £37m+ , how do you know they will even if it's double that figure .
Good post GLTader
Exactly what do you put our constant share price woes down to?
Sounds like all is good apart from a bizzare unexplained mismatch and you avoid all mention of what the masses are currently vexed about. I'm not worried by it but most others are. Was that a fair reflection of the positives and complete avoidance of the obvious concerns.
Well said GLT, it’s good to put the positive take on the company’s prospects occasionally.
Regrettably it seems that one poster’s incessant repetitive negative rants has permeated this board , and there’s little it seems that can be done to banish him/her/it.
I have to say this share appears massively oversold and surely a decent bounce-back is due. Please. Are the company’s prospects, turnover, expansion and direction of travel any worse than they were six months ago?
I expect any number of stale bulls will also need to abandon ship on any SP recovery short-term. Whip-round for the market-crash doomster-in-chief, anyone?
This board amazes me, and quite frankly, as depressing as the YGEN share price! You lot talk your own share down.
YGEN has just and will report record revenues, with healthy EBITDA, possibly break even at reported OPAT level for the first time in its history.
We are just only advancing into the US, with three large clients on board with sales expectation that could overtake international sales of non-Covid income, EKF strategic partnership and distribution agreement.
Genetic sequencing / lab tests in UK will continue whether Covid or non-Covid.
LR and team - keep up the good work operationally. Now, get the world to take note and fix the SP!
Thanks.
