The claim against PwC is for damages or equitable compensation of £63m plus exemplary damages, equitable compensation, interest and costs. Watchstone's claim against PwC is for breach of contract and/or breach of confidence and/or breach of fiduciary duty and/or unlawful means conspiracy ("Claim").
Nice work by the board
I have 3000 WTG shares and Jarvis are showing the book cost as nil, has anybody had a similar experience.
Before receiving £3,300 on the 30th June Jarvis was showing the book cost of my WTG as £6,235.15, which I agreed. After the 30th June the book cost was shown as £2,935.15 ( £6,235.15 - £3,300.00) which again I agreed but when I received the payment of £1.200.00 the book cost was shown as zero. I was expecting the book cost to be £1,735.15. Can somebody explain it to me please.
Sorry, I meant Watchstone.
However, I`m also interested to hear what people think are the prospects for Watchstone , going forward, particularly in light of the next generation of electric cars with auto-pilot controls ,etc.. which are due to hit the roads in a couple of years.
Its all in the RNSs.
However this is not the Waterstones board.
As regards the Eskew account this money has been sitting in all these years.. will it have been gathering any interest? If so should that be added to the money received from the court hearings. Or will it just go into the kitty of Waterstones, in the accounts eventually become a small contribution to the business. I ask this because presumably, if Waterstones had lost in court, the prosecution would have awarded the money plus interest to the plaintiffs? Since we are talking about ?millions here, gathering compound interest for several years. we could be talking about a fair amount of cash .. just sitting gathering dust? Any thoughts on future prospects for this business.. and potential valuations? I see that Credit Swiiss have taken there profits and pulled out recently. ?? Who else are amongst the major shareholders/stakholders?

When did Watchstone change its name
Its all in the RNSs: the plan hasn't changed for 2-3 yesrs.
ATB.
I've been in since quindell days and have recovered most of my investment. But what next? Only ingenie and a couple legacy (potentially positive) court cases/litigations left and a few mill in the bank or could more sales/settlement news be on the horizon?
Bit of both: some in SIPP (so one day taxable pension), some in ISA.
Is the £130k which you have got to spend after tax or before tax
Huge sells gone through today...not surprised. I'm pretty sure the story will be the same till at least month end
Why 80p?
Best source of current data are the recent accounts.
Atb
I'm thinking of buying so anyone want to give there opinion on when it could return to 80.00p?

I guess yesterday was the cut off date. Big drop today.
I was in a huge hole so had a couple of choices:
- Sell out and swallow it..trying to make up elsewhere
- Follow the business, see if I agreed with the plan (not always)
I chose the latter and look fwd to spending £130k cash return and still hold shares.
Nobody on here seems to follow the remaining business....press releases are just ignored. Shame really.
You must be very confident in future prospects.
Sorry to hear that.
I was able to keep track of the company and background and hold significantly more than before and in profit.
Another £20k invested yesterday.
ATB.
Thanks GrumpyScouser. Been here since RT days and lost a fair amount so glad to get something back.
in the last reported accounts, there was 195p /share in CASH ALONE.
After 110p returned that may suggest an sp of 85p now.
Once the 40p is returned: 45p.
Based on CASH only.
Is the 40p reflected in the SP? Surely not?
I reckon tomorrow. Think we need to be on register at close of business today. Not 100 % sure but that is my thoughts
Guys... when exactly can we sell?
Court hearing tomorrow for the above with record date 22.07.2020
