OMR, have written to them twice over the years with no reply. Grateful you writing to Wres. I don’t expect miracles and maybe venting but when I see people like Safety having to sell at such a deep discount to where I feel we would be if they deal with this problem years ago, fire Justine and that company and find a decent PR firm, it does upset me. (The idea that the problem is MM is consistently stopping The PR firm we pay from doing their job is even more worrying)
PR is a joke. Has been for too long. Time for a change I think.
Dreamy, not for the first time, I have forwarded your post to Justine James at Alma PR to see if she will respond to your comments. Whilst doing that, I have found that if you click on the Alma PR e-mail link on the Wres website, it actually directs you to Gable Communications e-mail address which just shows what a shambles the PR company is. I will now email Wres and let them know that this is the case.
Should Justine reply, I will post it on here in due course.
Expectations amongst some has been lowered to such an extent that all they expect from the company and MM is production figures. In companies that know about investor relations and PR there is continuous dialogue, using various means (from interviews, to videos and photos to updates) between quarterly production numbers.
Whilst I appreciate that the level of trust with the market is at an all time low courtesy of many communication fails over many years, eg continuous over promising and under delivering coupled with so many terribly written and ambiguous RNSs (plus bad choice of vendor), I still believe that MM just giving up on any sensible approach to communicate with us and potential investors is wrong.
It maybe that the only way to push the value into the .30s is through good production numbers but if he or more importantly the PR company he wastes our money on made some effort then perhaps we wouldn’t continuously slip.
