Agree as usual they were miles behind the curve in COVID terms and completely missed the boat which I am sure will be the same story with ensifenterine. Never have so many so called intelligent and talented individuals overseen a company over such a length of time and remarkably achieved so very very little imo
. Any pi 's must kick themselves every day their cash is stuck in this share doing sweet FA . Vrna only ever good for the occasional trading and is at an sp lower than when with AIm. Once again being on AIM was not the issue. They need to look closer to home imo for their continued failings. The sp confirms the above unfortunately and looks like the Americans are not into promises of Jam tomorrow either.
yes but I believe the institutions hold the biggest percentage ever and 3% up on previous and circa mid 70's percentage wise. Shares held by the pi is growing smaller,The big institutions can chalk of their losses. Not many pi's can afford that eventuality. I can see pi's holding less than 10 % when finally if ever commercialized. Good luck to digger and other holders. Izstar hope you are well.
Covid trial was just a sideshow, I don't think the trial had enough patients to so effective treatment, so not really sure what the point was.
Seems odd the SP has taken a battering recently with phase 3 due next year.
Hi Rhodi, I think this has something to do with Access Bio who have been the 2nd largest holder of Verona for years. They held 10.7% of the company but appear to have sold the lot. Interestingly Access Bio dropped 9.85% today themselves and I wonder if they have problems causing them to sell Verona. Very sad for we long term holders as its dropped 30% in a week so if we were to get excellent news tomorrow it will only take us back to where we were a week ago.
A respiratory first in class drug that should definitely help patients suffering from post covid if it is dual action as they state. ........ but apparently ensifenterine does not. ( LOL) More jam tomorrow, another presentation for the umpteenth time regurgitating the same old clap trap that has been pedaled out continuously over the last 8 years and still no takers. Looking at how the share price has tanked in the USA from £9 down to $7. I guess even the yanks are cottoning on that when we appoint a new person to the board the sp will invariably sink. How this company ever got big firms to invest is a mystery to me as imo this is nothing more than a lifestyle company as we have witnessed over the previous years. A welcome bonus of three percent of the company for the current CEO really just sums it up in a nutshell. Good luck digger and other remaining investors but it will be 15 years just for many to break even if lucky and looking at the limited progress imo you have more chance of losing your shirt, Even the chairman and ceo and others sold prior to the latest rns.
I have known ponzi schemes that have given better returns.
Rhodi, Izstar and other LTH.
I hope you are all well and I look forward to the long awaited meeting. Hopefully we might have good news from the first stages of the P3 programme.
Trial results just released:

And rhodi and digger hopefully see you guys in august/september
Yes they were converted into ADR’s - I would ring your stockbroker. Sold all of mine at the time
Best of luck
Hi,
I have VRP shares and have just discovered that no longer trading on AIM.
Is there a conversion of my shares over to ADS shares?
and anyone else interested in meeting up. Will post back on here 1st August.
I hope this finds you both well and safe and hopefully some good share picks. re the may get together. Are you both okay if we make it latter in the year due to covid etc etc I was thinking perhaps August/ Sept. As we should be in a better situation for meeting up by then. Wising all holders good luck. Almost dipped back in when it dropped to $7.50 ten percent drop two days ago. Wish I had as has gone back up to $8.62 subsequently. Wondered if a big tree shake before news?. Perhaps it nailed a few stop losses. All the best to all on this bulletin board. Bewise and many deserve something here. Can the product overcome poor management decision making is the big question imo. I sleep better and less frustrated now that I am out .
So Covid trial results could drop any time. Now could be a great time to top up if we could :(
I'm guessing if they had been positive though, news likely would've leaked out already.
Only held these online and have already converted to ADS.
I did find out on Friday when I tried to buy more ADS shares through Halifax that they wouldn't allow it due to a lack of liquidity.
They advised to call again in 10 days to see if situation has changed.
If you have the old AIM VRP shares in certificated form. Then you might be able to get help converting them to ADR's through Redmayne Bently. Each branch has a Chartered professional who has the systems a facilities to complete the process.
These guys are generally very busy and provide a bespoke service which is more expensive than what we are all used to with online execution only. If you find one willing to help as I have the service is excellent and you do get what you pay for.
So thats it then 13 yrs investment and all over .
Watch this space
Make your mind up Jez, is the SP going to retrace, or will it do nowt?
Check out Hemo if you want a quicker result
So the covid trial result expected this year and stage 3 tials in 2022..
So 3 sets of results in next 2 years .
So thats 3 more chances of the share price doing nowt ...
Retrace with Covid trial results due any minute?
Good news and spoiled . Yet still the share price sits where it is. Cant understand why ....
Guessing the retrace soon
And usual lack luster sp response. When I question have I done the right thing by selling my holding I am given a huge boost when I notice they cannot even format the rns correctly and they then have to re issue another. Seriously unprofessional, please do not tell me they actually get paid. OMG.
My friend is with ii. He transfered it from another provider sipp into a sipp account. Obviously you can only draw out at 55 years of age and pay appropriate taxes if required. But if you are a tax payer I think you can claim back 20 % rebate into sipp of amount you put into a sipp. They may be able to do this for you at ii and more rebate I believe if 40% tax payer. Good luck. I thought about re investing but seen the last webinar and totally uninspired. Keep well.
Like most of you who probably still hold this stock, shares have been converted to VRNA. I have recently opened a new ISA trading account with II and in the process of transferring from my existing provider.
However, they are suggesting that they will not accept this stock on their platform held in ISA?
Has anyone else encountered this issue or could provide info as to why? I thought that a Nasdaq quoted stock was fine to trade in ISA?
soke with a friend who still has shares and he is on the company mailing list and said they are due to give some presentation. He said the correspondence had several errors in it and was appalled that it had got through all the checks with the errors. He said it must be like the blind leading the blind. I had to smile as seems like they cannot still get tiny basics correct. But have my fingers crossed for you digger1 and others. Occasionally check on the price. Does not seem to be setting the sp alight. Like you say Digger news is expected But a good or bad rns normally sends the sp south . Now that not on AIM will it be different?
I have just checked the bard for the first time in a while. Happy new year and hopefully a healthy and prosperous one. I look forward to meeting at some point. Hopefully some good news soon from the Covid trial and MDI.
