Have seen that loads of times. Don't understand it - really annoying!
LSE intentionally deceiving, or what's going on? Strange indeed. Can also presumably encourage others to buy/sell.
Generally can tell by looking at the price, in relation to other trades at a similar time, whether it's a buy or sell. Just another obstacle in the minefield! :D
My trade showing as a sell. Reckon there is a few more of those too. Thanks bones for the reply also. Positive there is definite growth for this tech. Roll on next week.
Sorry now I have time to see the queries.
Questions very well answered so no point me repeating.
As stated only 20% extra shares and bought up by HTC who want a slice of the company not to flip for a few quid.. Not the usual issue and resulting implosion of the SP. Evidence to back this is news of an issue usually makes the SP fall..When this RNS came out the SP rose dramatically and has continued to do so since...
I'm hoping for 25p pre meeting and hope for a nice jump if any news comes out after..
Im not considering selling until 45p and even them I'll weigh things up..Fingers crossed it gets there.

The only thing that matters is this subscription has been bought fully by HTC as a strategic partner and IMHO have no intention of flipping the shares. However they do have a lock in so removes that particular worry for the near future. More importantly they want to help control the future of the business hence placing a director on the board. So if they rely heavily on VRE platform and they succeed together then it will be mutually beneficial to both parties, and if VRE takes off so does the value of there 20% holding. The shares appear to be tightly held perhaps viewing Zooms success.
And as a pure ramp I wonder what zoom would be prepared to pay for them? At there valuation of 50 billion - yes billion even a few hundred million would be chicken feed IMHO.....£1 per share is around £250m valuation....ramp over!
Bought a few, seems like a company with fingers in the right pies. Don’t fully understand this subscription but you live and learn happy to take my chances. I like the product too. GLA
Thanks Luke for reply helpful.
Hi, no not right the current price is the only price we can get it at. We as in the public.
That 5p issue was a specific issue of new shares equivalent to 20% of the total share of the company. We won't be able to access the shares at that lower price or anything like that. It's just a case of carrying on as normal, and the new issue of shares will organically price itself into the share price. It's probably already priced in. Any further movements will be based on new news, or anticipation of new news, etc.
Cheers
So just found it. Meeting 11th June. Then subscription to take place on the 12th June. So if I bought now and then I’d be best advised to purchase again of the new price at 5p otherwise I get diluted? Is that right anyone?
Sony where meant to be doing a reveal of their PlayStation 5 tomorrow - the future of gaming - but it has been delayed. But still expected for the holidays. What surprised me is there are estimated to be 5 million users of VR already on the platform which I find staggering.
VR Education claims to support the device with "its current suite of software" demonstrating there's no great leap between the new device and the current-gen model. The tweaks to the formula must be taken into account for the PS5's capabilities, so future developers can make games in 4K or 8K for the headset, while older content can still be supported.
So when on the main lunch time news they are talking at length about new ways to use tech to connect people and zoom going through the roof this looks like a fair gamble. GLA
Yes good shout John, anyone have a confirmed date of the meeting?
Guys i'm in this but obv's not got my eye on the ball enough - what is this meeting next week?
I'm here as it's relatively early stage, the tech is good and HTC involved.
Investors buying in now before the meeting next week. Potential game changing announcement could come after that which could send the SP into orbit..
Once this is on investors radar with a company like HTC begind them god knows where it will go??

41p is a good Starting point at circ 100m some bigger institutions can buy then - if we look at the crazy valuation of Zoom anything is possible - maybe even a cheeky offer ? Before they grow too fast - only have a punt on this one so happy to let run - good luck
Looks like it heading up. I’m looking at a target around 30p. Any other thoughts?
Some more profit taking/weak hands weeded out there.
No bad thing, healthy for sustainable SP progress.
Many years ago Pixar changed the face of animation. Maybe Engage will changed the face of conferences and events. Small groups will be able to host huge events, promo’s and campaigns around the world at a fraction of the cost!!! A virtual event allows people from all over the world to attend and the opportunities for visually content are endless!!! How much would a jet fighter flyby cost in the real world!!
Amazing, no wonder HTC are all over it!!!

This came on my radar a few weeks back. Unfortunately hesitated at sub 10p but in today with 50k shares..
Huge potential upside and could be very soon..All in my opinion..

Anyone else think MMs are on borrowed time here! Can’t see how they can continue to supply Shares when no one is selling!! All buys today (even the delayed trades) Think they could get short squeezed if they are the wrong side of this!! Good time for a little bit of company news. They said In the interview bigs news is coming!!! GLA
DAVY VIEW
HTC Corporation’s (HTC) investment in VR Education (VRE) solidifies its conviction in both the ENGAGE product’s capability and management’s competency. The partnership offers enhanced sales and distribution prowess and represents impeccable timing as global working preferences realign. The current exodus from physical to digital has allowed the group to capitalise on several commercial opportunities — its ENGAGE platform has become a standout product. We believe that behaviours and perceptions reshaped by the pandemic will become economic tailwinds within the Virtual Reality (VR) industry and as such reiterate our ‘Outperform’ rating.

Some big trades gone through today. Got to be plenty of sticky shares out of those 19million available.... why 19m not 20..... hmmmmmmm big smile ;)
Wow, something I just picked up from ADvFN chat.
I did not realise that 91.3% of the shares (inc HTC) are in major shareholder and directors hands.....that leaves just 20million shares for general public!!!! Not a lot - 9% of the company. I expect some big moves up, especially if MMs are running low or went short to provide supply on that last peak!!!
GLA
I suppose the other possibility is to prepare VRE for a full takeover. Either way looks good for share holders :)
Yeah, I imagine its to help VRE maximize the appeal of "Engage" to the Asian market. They obviously recognize the value of the core asset. It probably just needs a few bells and whistles to hit the right spot for Asian markets. Been looking in here daily, not too much in the way of price movement. Volume down on last week but still more buys than sells daily from what I'm seeing.
You have to wonder why HTC put a non exec on the board of directors. To protect a 3m investment.... I think not....that’s like 5000 phone sales...peanuts to them. Have they got much bigger plans which they want to protect? The directors did talk of big news on the horizon.
one of the major shareholder is pleased
