anyone else with them? Ive just been on the phone to them to purchase my basic offer entitlement and they said an email was sent marked "corporate action required" but I definitely haven't received it. so if you are with svs and haven't had the email ring them. just mulling applying for excess but I suspect this will be oversubscribed as it was last time.?

is today by e-mail this is reiterated on my paperwork from Bestinvest..
Applied for my Open Offer shares and have made an excess application too. This should move nicely back up now. Though I hate consolidations, hope this one when it hits, proves the exception.
Shareprophets had it down as a no brainer. BUY BUY BUY
moving up..
BMD covering this. Should get some interest. Think Sharepropheets tipped it too at .2p.

Disagree........... Take up you entitlement ( and extra if you are lucky and inclined ).........they will very probably the cheapest in you will have. Once the Co is up and running the price will squeeze up rather than down. Remember we are possibly 6mths from going to sales.........ie trading !! As a VIY holder that will be a big deal.
For all looking at this now, this is a great share, but for goodness sake don't buy VIY!!!! If for some reason it falls through at the EGM tomorrow (highly unlikely, but you never know) then you'll be buying into a shell with no more than a couple of £M value... Wait until it's all passed, consolidated and then if it's staying around here buy in then!!! £20M value comes from around £10M Premaitha, £7.5M or so of placing and directors buy ins that will occur, listing value of around £500k and £1M or so cash from the VIY shell. This is where their expectation comes from. But hold your horses until next week!
Bought them today, cost me a fair few bob to be honest so fingers crossed that it's onwards and upwards from here. good luck everyone.
I bought a huge amount of these shares when they were 4.00p......have suffered a huge loss...doubt I will ever get it back.....feel very let down by VIY......I am no expert when it comes to the stock market.....so dont really know what is happening at the moment. Will have to wait and see I guess.......
Like Ogar it appears that there are a lot of old times investors who took a risk and suffered. I guess there always significant risks when investing in AIM and unless you diversify or can stomach the large losses companies like VIY can be unforgiving to someone's portfolio.
2.5 I recon my averag is around 3.2!!!
That is a good point. alternatively, it may be that Dr. Gulati is trying to get a good deal for his baby!? He won't want to sell for peanuts (even it is only worth peanuts). My view is that we have transformed the company and are no longer an oil and gas company. You need to research Premaitha and what that gives us. This is a sea change. Oil and gas is dead. We have no costs in VEC - we need to let Dr. Gulati do his own thing. DYOR x
The technology to accurately detect oil !!! We can't tell you anything as it's so price sensitive and oh 2009,10,11,12,13,14 is gona be the year you just couldn't make it up if I got my hands on those fkers ggrr
If vec was even worth one pence chevron would have taken it but no not a peep
VEC is a standalone company and VIY owns 75% of the shares. Dr. Gulpa owns 19.5% with the remainder owned by other interested parties. The QuantumRD software, all associated US-based staff, patents, and existing contracts transferred over to VEC in March 2014. VIY therefore has nothing more to do with seismic surveying. VEC has 12 months to get funding for their operations. If they cannot get funded, all assets, patents, technology and contracts transfer back to VIY - though staff may not transfer. I think this is a win-win situation for VIY - if VEC is successful we have a huge interest, if it is not successful, we regain all assets and IP and will probably not transfer staff i.e. have zero costs! It seems as if pharma was the aim of the VIY board all along and they have now achieved this goal - offloading VEC at no cost with maximum return potential. This will get very exciting after July 3rd when consolidation is completed!!! x DYOR
Will happen to all the patents and software can't we even sell it or does Sandeep walk away with it what a joke the corruption stinks
I was entitled to 1800 shares woopee so do we own vec still I don't understand why we go from seismic to bio is there any original viy investors /mugs still here
fantastic... thanks guys... no more confusion.. hope we all go upward.. GLA...
ApoIs mate, I may have confused you more--- Oil Novice has given an easier to understand reply.
vizbiz - this is simpler than it seems from the event details you have received. Q1. All the shares you hold will automatically go through a 100-1 consolidation - ergo, you will have 200 shares at the new sp after consolidation. Q2. Additionally, there is a share incentive whereby al stock holders have the opportunity to purchase additional shares at 0.11p (a discounted rate). They are offering 1 new discounted rate share for every 400 you own - hence the 50 shares. Also, you can purchase more of these discounted shares above your allocation, but, depending on demand, you may not get these. Q3. See Q1. They will consolidate at the 100-1 ratio. They will retain the same overall monetary value (fewer shares at a higher sp). Q4. Yes. ViaLogy will cease to exist and the company will change its name to Premaitha. I am buying as many new discounted shares as I can! This is a fantastic opportunity to invest in a pharma company with VEC interest!!! It is a win-win but DYOR! x
No nothing to do , value will remain the same, number of shares and SP will change automatically.
For current holders does anything need to be done or will the VIY shares in my Halifax share account automatically be consolidated etc?
