Had a support of 3.8 not long ago, worth more now IMO.
very strong indeed. Those contacts in the financial world should pay off well
getting 2.05 sell v 2.69 buy ATM. Must be nearly lunch time.
It's amazing how few shares are available at each level before it moves up.
peeps were paying well over 3p just a few weeks ago - they were big buys to. Every little helps :-)
Got a few more at 2.4 earlier, just got £250 at 2.7, couldn't resist, adds more then £250 to the look of my holdIng and I'm sure makes everyone else happier Lol
now to buy. Build this company to be the next liberium or equivalent. Look at the online and events side of the business.
Still not encouraging any sells, with such a wide spread. 2.07 to sell and was just given a price of 2.43 to buy. People are definitely holding on to these. I can only imagine the placing will be a little north of here.
Are over, premium placing incoming......
Has definitely become more interesting, news soon hopefully. Good times coming GLA
Same here got a 250k buy order @ 2p, remains unfilled. Once the herd rejoins this will shift big time.
Some big hitters on board here now. Investors effectively awaiting news but anything is possible looking at the trajectory of WEY. Not forgetting the big guns bought in at 2.5p 11% each of the company 22% in total.
I was getting quoted 1.85-1.95 to sell and 2.2-2.37 to buy earlier depending on qty quoted a big difference. Also have a buy order in last few days but that's not been filled at 2p, probably due to low volume
2.2p was a buy.....now 2.3749 to buy
Getting punchy Can now sell 500,000 @ over 2p...
If it's 1p wouldn't a £2m raise at 2p put an extra £1m in the non distributable share premium account, and give the company £1m capital to spend.
are the shares still at 1p par value? Last reference I can find to the par value is the 2010 share issue rns.
Not sure that can be used for anything:- The share premium account is a reserve that cannot be distributed. A company can use the balance of the account only for purposes that have been established in its bylaws. In most cases, a company cannot use the account to pay out dividends to shareholders or to offset operating losses. The share premium account is usually utilized to pay off equity expenses, which include underwriter fees. The account can also be used in the issuance of bonus shares and for costs or expenses related to this issuance. So:- Total liabilities = £1,124,656 They pay off this in full after the placing leaving them with around £800k and debt free.
Any thoughts to the £3.3m in the share premium account, as it can be moved to distributable reserves via a capital reorganisation, could this be what is being set up? Business model / directors / major shareholders are all changing and the idea of a major fund raise added to the mix, could this be enough to allow it?
Yup another 500k director buy incoming when the placing is announced. These guys are big players in the finance world so should have no issues drumming up the remaining £1.5 mill from their fund manager chums
The Company has been informed that Messrs Stilwell and Cross intend in aggregate to invest 0.5 million in the proposed fund raising. A further announcement will be made in due course. So this as well as their recent buys.
CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION At 31 March 2017 Total equity and liabilities £2,593,225 that is what interested me. Is the obvious being missed by many that's 4p a share.
Not sure what's going on. But price still 2.18 but sell dropped to 1.85. Not usually one to speculate whether or not games are being played, but it looks like they are trying to manufacture a drop. Maybe trying to trigger stop losses. Whatever is happening, I'm holding on for the placing and more than likely, for a fair bit longer. If the sp does drop, I hope I can pick up some more at 2p
MMs trying to deter buyers...we all saw how fast this moved the other day. I am going with the theory the BOD(+chum) bought in high volume @ 2.5p. Most of the placings have been done at a premium. Bit annoying having to wait but hoping for an URU style premium placing here...
Actual spread not quite that wide. Barclays showing 1.94 to sell and 2.18 to buy
