Avg 2.4 , never been stuck in the middle like this before, normally on the outside looking in .
that "the herd" have not arrived here to see what is going on ...... still, it's only midday lol
birdseye.... im not ramping but with the director holdings, millions of shares have been taken out of free flow and with there investment...! only one way imo
Depends on your average and or what you can risk losing. Personally I think there's more to come, so will be holding for a while yet.
is good compared to others I follow ..... not full of ramping/de ramping or slanging matches between posters .... just good info being posted and sense of excitement ... love it.
Bricking it
Any placing will not be below 2.5 as why would new guys but now if placing was likely below that.
Also the directors surely ain't going to let Stilwell and Cross buy in £0.5M for cheaper than they just bought their shares. Let them buy in the open market and take this to 10p lol.
Management is 80% of the reason I invest on AIM. Who are these new guys? All I can read is that SImon's startup became £50m revenue business and 150 plus employess. VIS, CEO's a new startup?
Only the placing but I think that'll be done at a premium, big names with big holdings here. Obviously going places.
Two directors just bought £310k at 2.5p so let's see. Plus a £0.5M buy in at any price. Interesting to say the least!!
compared to an hour ago..im trying to find the negatives....... only some 40m shares is free float!!
Price anyone?
3.0/3.75 on l2 its going to pop
Both Stilwell and Cross will have £1m in the business...
No begging bowl here. Merssrs Stilwell and Cross to buy £0.5M in any placing....
Exciting afternoon ahead!!
Madness to buy This!
Yep these new guys obviously won't now dilute themselves. Almost £0.5M to be taken by two names individuals. From small acorns....
With directors buying in, it's very unlikely they will be traded. Meaning less for the likes of us. Which inevitably squeezed the price paid, up. Depending on what happens in the next few hours, things could get very interesting. You wouldn't expect director buying at that volume unless they are confident that they can make a success of it. Or, maybe they are aware of something we are not. Or possibly, it ain't that much money to them, do worth the risk.
in this micro cap. We have no idea where it will go.
Higher than 2.5p, we know that much!
Yes with an MCap of £2.0Mish
Huge buys on level 2 again. 106k and 24k. Definitely something major here guys.
if you add up the two director buys and deduct the sells, you come to the exact same figure - 13,387,598 so no real difference - simply a change of hands and new blood (which, in itself is good news)
