....."We also continue to look at a number of acquisition opportunities and look forward to providing further information as these progress". This would suggest these have already started. For such a new company to say that Labskin will be profit making this year and already looking for further acquisitions is 'ballsy' to say the least.
in lead up on investor evening on 2nd. would expect some interest stemming from that
on a streak...except snt lol
?
looked and looked but cant find the margins puts me off investing here if i have no idea what they can make. 4m euro contract but whats the profit. 5 10 20 30 40% anyones guess.???? if its high worth a look if its low probably not. anyone? whilst reserching saw that scientists are replicating human skin now by growing skin from the cells of babies discarded foreskins (no joke) for testing of creams etc. (not venn or innovenn, labskin is artificial skin)
Hi Riddler just reading up on this, what makes you think this is about to pop ? Thanks
Ta. Good to know. If the Greek issue can be kicked into the long grass for another 6 months I think this will be a very nice mid to long term hold. My comment is not to diminish the hardships of the Greek people, just the effect on the markets.
back into the green even on a politically uncertain day and with over 107k VENN shares traded on ISDX. Has Shan had a look at this share?
Thanks Earl. Appreciated.
on the basis that contracts are generally two year terms, I reckon we have already booked in and guaranteed revenues for 2015 of a minimum of €7m. That's from what they have disclosed and assuming simple phasing profile.
hi there. I asked the company the question on what GP and NP should be on a run rate basis once acquisitions were bedded in - and they didn't really answer the question just referred me back to the Zeus broker note which I do not have. I doubt the P&L is clean now for the post acquisition clear up and also maybe not even this year if they buy another CRO in Eastern Europe. No idea what synergies they take from these acquisitions as yet. So - to answer your question - yes would expect net margins to improve over time if they have a proper handle on their cost structure. And, of course if they get more throughput in lower cost geographies where they are established. Ongoing trend amongst CROs.
