http://www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com/media/pdfs/United_Carpets_Group_plc_v12c_06_09_13.pdf If they come in at £500k profit or above for Full year they should be at least worth £4m or 5p per share with over £1m in cash. Maybe even pay a dividend at year end.
Interest is picking up and the next buy will take out the last MM on 2.75. If that opens up trading expect a bit of a flurry to ensue
Down to 5K. Looks like she will be higher later
Any takers or only me.
Buy size has been cut now to 12K at full offer
Limiting buying to 15K and at near full offer. Once this gets moving there will be significant upside.
Once this starts to move I think it will do rather rapidly.
On the next buy. Will then hopefully start the interest.
I think this will be moving up very shortly.
Still only letting block sizes of 15K to be sold. I had a limit for 50K in but was rejected.
Only 15k
1. Company has no debt 2.After recent cut backs company is profitable 3.Housing market has been recovering 4.Buys limited to only 15K 5.Tightly held so will move quickly 6.Still looking at trimming the bottom line which will increase profitability 7.Company is recruiting
Was 11p before the Financial Crisis hit and paid a dividend. http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChart.asp?sharechart=UCG&share=united_carpets Now 2.65 to buy
Well as stated in their results they do not have any debt. House prices again rose last month showing the demand so that should bode well for UCG. They are still looking at ways to cut back on overheads which will boost the bottom line figures. If you look at what has happened to retail stocks such as Dixons over the last few months this is going to re rate and at this level quite significantly.
Can't be many left at this level as they will only sell you 15K
We have had a few months where the news from the housing market has been positive. This should be the catalyst for UCG to recover off the lows.
The Group remains debt free, has reasonable cash reserves and stock levels and therefore can look forward with a degree of confidence that it can continue to make good progress in the current financial year on the basis it has established firmer foundations to meet the challenges of the current market environment.
Max buy size still down at 15K
Buy 15K sell 1M online 2.6 vs.2.65 A few small buyers taking the 15k limit now
Can only buy 15K now but can sell 1M
Maximum buy size is only 75K
Expand your comment Kline it is very unclear ?
Directors of UCG do not seem very keen on buying UCG.SP is about the NAV of UCG
