Looks like Ubi have problems with there products mass market unlikely, also to expensive for the market, Company now 11 years old with old products and resistance to change CTO. may be another over rated Cambridge start up.....
Yay! ...you go UBI baby :-D

Well....just saw this pop up....down to just £24m mcap....decent products but balance sheet concern with increased payables and debt....one to watch though!
1st Resistance Point = 100.45...2nd Resistance Point = 103.4 1st Support Level = 93.85...2nd Support Level = 90.2 Needs to crack the magic £1+ to be on her way back...

Big, big Volume today for little ol' UBI... Almost 20 times the average... Yee-haw!
Well said, Steady'... Makes eminent sense.... Best regards, Blue
Picked a few up yesterday at sub 96p & just look at her now... ...Rising like the Harry Potter Phoenix... LoL
are probably Honeywell and Zebra Technologies. I somehow don't think that a company with revenues at £35 million with minimal debt and cutting edge technology is going to remain independent for too long. And lets not forget that they have two big contracts soon to be signed. They have blue chip customers and the application of their services is only going to be adopted by more companies. They believe they have potential to have £100 million revenues alone just from their German car manufacturing customers if they were to adopt their services throughout Germany. Yes profits have not come yet but Ubisense is in a growth phase where R&D and the cost of growing is more imperative than todays profits (I can think of many companies with market caps of about 10 times revenues that are hardly growing revenues yet investors blindly think there is jam tomorrow)Many high tech companies were not profitable for years. I don't think Amazon made profits for years and look at them now. Ubisense is building some very big barriers to entry. Im sure when Honeywell took over Intermec (a company that fits closely with Ubisense) it was loss making. They didn't just buy Intermec for rugged handheld devices (they were simply taking out a direct competitor) they also bought it because of Vocollect like Ubisense a product for now but also with the potential for massive future growth. Honeywell with a market cap of around $77 billion could pay a significant premium for Ubisense and not feel it. Or they could miss out on a company to a rival that would have complemented many of its products and services.
Family, Interesting ;-) I am genuinely not trying to ramp her but just digging around for other angles... ...I mean fundamentally she is absolutely a grand enterprise & seemingly Competitor proof... ...It's just that small (ahem) question of profits, LoL
Yep lol tried calling bottom here several times ,ref takeover target shares mag as good as hinted the same !.
"It must surely also be conceivable that should the share price edge further southwards, despite the story remaining intact, the company could well become a take-over target, by one of the largwr players or perhaps Atlas Copco, where it would undoubtedly make a decent fit." From...http://www.privatepunter.co.uk/Behind-the-Scene/ubisense-worth-another-look-12-january-2015
Thar she blows...95.6p to buy now... Smells a tad like falling knife, tho'?
Sub 1 before I throw anymore in here.......
'End of next month... If we get the "two larger contracts now expected to sign in the first half of 2015"... before then we may be on a roll but I'm not banking on it LoL
Wondering if she has bottomed? Nope! 105' flat to buy at the mo'... May still get sub 100'
Canaccord Genuity Reaffirms “Buy” Rating for Ubisense Group plc (UBI) http://sleekmoney.com/canaccord-genuity-reaffirms-buy-rating-for-ubisense-group-plc-ubi/122262/
Is at 105.0... ... & Pivot Point 2nd Level Resistance is at 105.5... Sp now at 104.5... &.now selling at 105.25...
A couple of crucial issues from "RNS"... 1). "two larger contracts now expected to sign in the first half of 2015"... ...When & how much? 2). "Ubisense said that it expects to fund its organic business growth through cash flow and bank facilities during 2015.... ...So no expected rights issue/placing, then? Family' I can see what attracted you to them.... http://www.iii.co.uk/articles/192855/ubisense-tipped-rocket Keep the faith Bach... I'm only in for 200 at the mo' but I may well do that dastardly dog thang & average down sub 100' Very Best Regards, as ever... ... & I'm rooting for yee against the Sassenachs on Friday, especially as I was born on St Dafydd's Day :-D
Yep not much there to stop the rot sp wise.......sub £1 it is then !.
Continues to lose money by the sounds of the trading update, expect it to get cheaper before the reversal. Another 20% off the market cap by June 2015
I won't be going anywhere soon.......mainly as I'm underwater here !.
Sub 1 would be worth a top up with my av here.......fingers crossed !.
Starting to approach a more reasonable valuation now so I'll buy with a long term view. £60m valuation for this company was always ridiculous IMO. I like the product and they have some clever people behind it, although clever people don't always create a profitable company. Certainly will be a growing industry though and with UBI's partners we look well positioned.
