now they want to buy back shares at 20p each.
hoping people will have had enough and take the huge hit on their original price .... lol
maybe if they had allowed over purchase on the open offer, so people may have gotten closer to 50% loss now, they might have more takers
beggars belief, you couldnt make this up

begging bowls out, offering shares at 20p each.
would be a good time to average down, if you could sell the f'ing things later! in reality, what an f'ing joke, don't reply to emails, steal investors money by just walking off private, give ZERO updates because they don't have to anymore, nd then have the bold f'ing cheek to come cap in hand to those they've stolen from.... i'd almost smile if I heard on the news they'd gone into receivership.

Cash Critical, major shareholder approached for funds,
there's no way they are going to let this relist, they are delaying it on purpose and lying directly to shareholders that contact them, blaming the FCA for the delay, bull****

and another f'ing meeting goes by with no mention of re-listing
this lot are so far in the hole, they don't want to relist as they know all investors will bail and cut their losses, this lot will be in receivership by the end of the year
and got fobbed off blaming only just submitted financials for reason as to delay of relisting... no mention of the fact we were delisted because of irregularities in LAST F'ING YEARS FINANCIALS
this is looking like another AIM write off where PI's get screwed over

AGM comes and goes, not an f'ing mention of when we'll re-list.
comprehensive statement released, covering all aspects EXCEPT the one thing shareholders are interested in.... when are we going to relist.
this is a joke, they get away with an AGM no one can attend, and yet none of the board that were there or by electronic link thought to ask about it or give a statement to the shareholders ?

yeah, another pisspoor choice by me this one, in a hole from the minute i invest and sod all likelihood of it recovering to my buy in point
RNS out - trading update. Delays mean poorer results for the second half but decent outlook for 2019 - bound to be a reaction... no mention of Brexit .... not sure if/how WTO (if it happens) will effect Tex - will monitor as an ex holder
anyone home? lol

yeah i'll be holding too obviously, just curious how this one usually reacts around dividend time, because unless the rise earlier in the year counts, it hasn't risen much into the dividend, and doesn't seem to be too volatile and move on a whim, in fact, it doesn't seem to move much!
I wouldn't like to make a call on that. We have what 1 or 2 days before it goes ex dividend and I will certainly be holding.
what's the chance of this holding through the ex-dividend date ? or do you expect the standard drop ?
Looks to be heading higher again
