Did I miss something ?
So Tristel gonna be busy getting EU stocked up in advance then as that quietens off they can start preparing for possible US orders coming in.
Delivery disruption is only a possibility not definite and don`t they have that covered anyway ?
Pre stocked raw materials might be sitting idle for a while but with everything else going OK that doesn`t deserve the massive drop in sp does it ?
I've thought TSTL was overvalued for some time and who can blame anyone for selling in July? But it's refreshing to read that their European customers have been advised to stock up!
What a disaster! In spite of a results showing ‘a profit improvement’, sp has fallen more than 30% in 3 trading days. The directors who sold big chunks of their holdings in July, are responsible for the scepticism among the share holders. Can we expect the BOD to buy shares, in large numbers, to maintain some confidence?
Well done Tristel for being prepared but unfortunately it seems investors don`t like the word Brexit.
Looks to me that many of todays Buys are showing as Sells so we might get a slight recovery Monday afternoon IMO
Results day fast approaching, sp is drifting down a bit. Volume sold isn’t big enough to create any major apprehension. It could be, few highly cautious investors who are not willing to take any risk by waiting until the results date. Or, is it an effort by some to create a little panic in order to garner large at lower price? It shall be revealed soon.
Thank you for your reply, best of luck to you too
Presentations are being held on 18th but announcement is on 17th. BOL
I think the date has changed, aren`t the results now due on 18th ?
are out on Wednesday 17th October. GLA
Hi, yes I totally agree regarding the directors sell off but the share price is recovering way faster than I expected. I am only selling off a few of my shares, the rest are long term hold. I just want a bit of profit out so I can play with the 1p -5p shares on AIM ( exciting but not recommended haha )
I understand your logic. But, personally, I think it’s worth looking at the outcome of the ongoing overseas sales and business . Specifically, in North America. I want to remain bit more optimistic and vigilant. (If not for the big share disposal (personal) by two or three directors last July, the sp would have been at a much better position, imo.)
Sorry, it`s not an interesting reason. I want to sell 10% of my shares, aiming for £3.48 because if/when they get to £3.50 I will talk myself out of it.
CP, Just Curious ..why specifically £ 3.48??
Yes, I`m hoping to see £3.48 so it`s looking promising so far
Thanks Chilipepper, Perhaps, better financial performance is anticipated. The sp is steadily improving. Good news.
Hi, 18th October as far as I know.
Could anyone confirm, please? Any updates would be welcome.
Been on my list to top up. Great company.
to wipe my eyes here when I saw a rise here.Hopefully this will be the start of a rerate over 300p now. I expect the US is gaining traction so there should be good opportunities ahead.
Yes. Relaxed, and quietly very optimistic.
Great open day at Tristel today. Presentation from CEO and CFO was well received. Future plans look good. Patience is likely to be the order of the day and bode well for 2019 and beyond. GLA
Market seemed disappointed with trading update - perhaps they were expecting the normal exceeding expectations as opposed to just in line with forecasts. Anyway I was more than happy that the company is managing to increase profits while making significant investments in entering overseas markets, particularly the USA, and digital healthcare. TSTL is highly rated and rightly so given their products and potential to grow much further. Have held for a long time and firmly believe if they crack the American market they may yet another British company to disappear overseas. Will add on any weakness/market correction. GLA
Looking forward to the open day with Tristel management on Tuesday 17th. Will update with any interesting news. GLA
other shares. Been brilliant for me and I hope that when the state by state approval gets underway that the SP will gain more traction. I am hoping my enthusiasm for this share becomes infectious as I will clean up if this continues to rise.
