... and there we go, very positive results and the benefits of merging with BLV still to be fully delivered. Upwards and onwards from here I think.
The Property Franchise Group CEO, Gareth Samples and CFO, David Raggett present an overview of their results for the year ended 31 December 2023, as well as outlining the rationale and benefits of the merger with Belvoir.

Think I'll wait for the first set of numbers from the combined group before leaping to any conclusions. Things could be very positive going forward IMHO.
It's obvious now that the stock price was strategically and artificially inflated at the beginning of the year, creating a favorable scenario to acquire Belvoir shares at a reduced rate. Thank you Mr. Samples for shafting the shareholders
TPFG have issued new shares as part of the merger with BLV, is that what you mean? So there are almost twice the number of TPFG shares in circulation now, but the combined group is almost twice the size, so there hasn't been any dilution as such. Your shares are still worth more or less the same as they were pre-merger.

New major risk - Shareholder dilution
The company's shareholders have been substantially dilute.
Increase in shares outstanding: 95%
Can you explain Sid? I don't have a clue what you mean, sorry. It's obviously something you feel very strongly about.
My Belvoir holdings have transitioned into TPFG shares. Holding TPFG has been a source of concern for me due to reservations about its management team, and unfortunately, my apprehensions have been validated. Once more, I find myself let down by AIM-listed shares, misled by false hopes.
Have now received my TPFG shares following the BLV merger, happy to hold them for now & see how the new, enlarged business performs.
The market is starting to appreciate the value of the deal now, both BLV and TPFG sp's have recovered strongly after initial dips. I know very little about TPFG but I know they're getting an excellent business in BLV. Still haven't decided whether to hold my new TPFG shares or sell once the "merger" has completed though.
What a great move , two very similar operations and a whole lot of duplicate significant costs which can be removed,
The Property Franchise Group CEO, Gareth Samples and CFO, David Raggett present full year results for the period ended 31 December 2022.
The Group achieved a strong financial performance in FY22 through organic growth in lettings and the full impact of the acquisition of Hunters Property PLC in March 2021. Revenue and Management Service Fees increased significantly against the economic backdrop, driving forward profits and earnings. Looking forward, Q1 has been slightly ahead of management’s expectations with regards to both revenue and profitability and the Board remains confident of delivering growth in 2023 and beyond.

Will RM sell more now, bearing in mind he still owns 21%?
Broken through the 200MA, so it does look like it could drop further, possible to bottom of the upward trend channel at approx. 220-230p. It is however sitting on a support level at the moment, so possible to have a bounce from here.
So Richard Martin stepping down next year.An end of an era .The big question of course is what will he be doing with his 25% shareholding ?
Content to let others make it sweat or with a H2 unlikley to resemble the 1st put it into play now that he has announced it?

I'm sorry about that as I have limited access to the system. This branch is currently close, but I can ask the team to get in touch and confirm who this will be? Would that be ok?
