They already have a deal with Bezant in which Tiger is entitled to a Net Smelter Return of 2% On the Kange manganese asset or a payment of one million pounds to Tiger
So hopefully they are working on similar deals
JV's really. i think I hold more shares in each of the companies TIR hold. It's too small an entity and I wonder if it just needs to be wound up and money returned to holders?
But a possible shell situation maybe for a reverse takeover etc
I do like the fact that in December bought £25000 of shares at 0.20 and some investors getting in under the price including me
I am sure Colin has plans for the company in terms of joint ventures with his other entities
16+% up on no news. Not sure of my exit plan on this one, suppose I have to wait till Colin sells the company on. Only have 1M but dump that and could promote a 50% crash based on what that £50 trade did :-(
Down 11% On a trade valued at £50 which is AIM for you
Tiger Resource Plc announces that it has been notified that Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 4,200,000 shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Friday 27 May 2022 at a price of 0.3012 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Colin Bird holds a beneficial interest in 35,154,560 Ordinary Shares representing 7.93 per cent of the Company's issued share capital adjusted for 4,500,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence held in treasury.
May be a tie up with X tract as this company is Colin Bird vehicle for deals
Share price is little over asset value not allowing for joint ventures which will surely come
How dodgy are those trades looking now.....who knew?
basicaly,,its just an holdings comp....with A small NAV of £900k
just one of those,no reason bounces.
notread the rns's,so dunno what news is expected evi
TROAJAN ANY NEWS ON THIS ONE?
:))))))..moves quick....
eyups.
I find this an interesting play simply due to diversification added to the portfolio. I've been building a small position. Not expecting much and would rather invest in this one as it opens the door to instant AIM diversification. Looking at TIR portfolio there is some interesting investments I would say most look high risk but add the diversification and it pays off somewhat. It's a slow burner though.
At present company valued at investments and cash with no value put on any deals or joint venture income
Seems a false price as can sell two and a half million but can only buy 175000 so any buys will push this much higher
It seems quite odd that XTR are not in the portfolio?
At some point this investment shell will be used as an IPO vehicle....
Clean shells are worth £3m without the investments in the back ground....
That is why I have a little investment here...
CB is a deal maker and if he needs to move quick ...he can pull the Tigers Tail.....:)))
We have the September valuation coming up shortly but with all our investments well down the valuation will not be good I fear. Asset value will down.
Markets a bit flat so we need some news shortly.
Share price now valued at about cash and investment valuation
Does not take account of exciting joint venture agreements and now looking undervalued
A bit of interest which could increase once the APP float gets away. I feel this will be CBs gem going forward and the current value is too low. Would expect to see 1p plus shortly and staying there as the resource market grows.
You never know , have to be in it to win it
£495 buy and up 10 %
But no takers for the shares when selling large amounts...
This is take your position and grow a long beard..... Down below your knees
Then just then We could get fire works...
My money is on Colin Bird using this as an IPO vehicle for mega project....
That is what the universe has been making me aware of whilst on the pipe of peace :)
Good luck everyone !
African Pioneer IPO should bring a bit of attention to Tiger one of a couple of assets that could prove a decent liquidity event.
Also some cash in the bank to look at deals.
just watching m8,cant be in everything,but yeah....micro mcaps,can move,when they want to
