Been below $1 for ages!!
I think it’s at there discretion and the MCap.
I’m not worried.
Has this trial started yet.
Or has it been abandoned as Mabs do not work.
Hi BB that is correct so no need to panic plenty of time as in months
30 Business days from 6th Jan = 17th Feb 22
180 Calendar days = Mid August 22 (Q3)

'How long can a stock be under a dollar Nasdaq?
If a company trades for 30 consecutive business days below the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement, Nasdaq will send a deficiency notice to the company, advising that it has been afforded a "compliance period" of 180 calendar days to regain compliance with the applicable requirements.'
There are also further options & TLSA is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market. See link:

I hope this prevents false information getting spouted.

Isthisawinner - Possibly!
1. Consolidation - We still have the same % holding.
2. GC - Will dilute his holding to F...k, but will probably buy in the fund raise.
3. The price that they raise funds at is normally hit, so we could buy at that level as well.
I believe they are notified after 30 days of being below $1 and have a reasonable time frame to rectify the low SP.
BB
I'm guessing that they want the threat of being de-listed hanging over us, then they come to us shareholders with the only solution....to consolidate the shares like 4 for 1. It brings the sp out of the danger zone, bug then leaves them with a low share base so that they can dilute us to f..k later on with new fun raising...
TLSA risks being delisted from NASDAQ if the shares trade below $1 for 30 days (afaik). The company needs the fire power to be able to create demand for the shares in an effort to keep the price above $1. Looks to me as if this exercise will be repeated every few months as I cannot see much positive news on the horizon. I can`t see the company has stated it will cancel the bought back shares so the re-issue at a later date scenario could be part of the plan.
The Stock Is Undervalued
Another major motive for businesses to do buybacks: They genuinely feel their shares are undervalued. Undervaluation occurs for a number of reasons, often due to investors' inability to see past a business' short-term performance, sensationalist news items or a general bearish sentiment. A wave of stock buybacks swept the United States in 2010 and 2011 when the economy was undergoing a nascent recovery from the Great Recession.3? Many companies began making optimistic forecasts for the coming years, but company stock prices still reflected the economic doldrums that plagued them in years prior. These companies invested in themselves by repurchasing shares, hoping to capitalize when share prices finally began to reflect new, improved economic realities.
If a stock is dramatically undervalued, the issuing company can repurchase some of its shares at this reduced price and then re-issue them once the market has corrected, thereby increasing its equity capital without issuing any additional shares. Though it can be a risky move in the event that prices stay low, this maneuver can enable businesses who still have long-term need of capital financing to increase their equity without further diluting company ownership.
For example, let's assume a company issues 100,000 shares at $25 per share, raising $2.5 million in equity. An ill-timed news item questioning the company's leadership ethics causes panicked shareholders to begin to sell, driving the price down to $15 per share. The company decides to repurchase 50,000 shares at $15 per share for a total outlay of $750,000 and wait out the frenzy. The business remains profitable and launches a new and exciting product line the following quarter, driving the price up past the original offering price to $35 per share. After regaining its popularity, the company reissues the 50,000 shares at the new market price for a total capital influx of $1.75 million. Because of the brief undervaluation of its stock, the company was able to turn $2.5 million in equity into $3.5 million without further diluting ownership by issuing additional shares
Very possibly happening here!.
i don't think the company are manipulating the SP south. It's happened with out releasing any bad news for the last 12 months.
BB
The company can easily drop some bad news any day and buy in much lower. I'm not sure thats a good thing.
Manipulating the price in GC or companys favour is bad news for shareholders.
I hope so. They may be able to buy back 8% of the shares in issue. It's around 6.5% now. It shold give some support to the SP.
BB
As mentioned a week ago, is price being pushed down to allow company to buy at a lower price through share purchase scheme.
From memory Tils gave Accustem £3m working fund to keep them going while they progressed the project. I don't recall anything about apportionment of cost. Was that in the RNS.
There will be a "rush to market" when they realise they need to do a raise because the £3m has been spent and they want more from us poor suckers!!!
I'm surprised that the company has got away with it.
Finally my shares have been transferred over on IG not a pretty sight 30k dollars down. Hoping for some upside here, and soon.
Yes,
I hope this gets obliterated even more now so I can buy at those can of levels, average down further then sell out on the spike.
The management is just the worst.
No comments on anything, no trials, no Accustem & still trying the pathetic fireside chats. Just terrible
I might buy back in when it gets to 10p.
It will spike back up one day to 40p. So will be worth a punt at 10p.
The market isn’t interested in what they have to say. It wants action/results. Saying that, I may buy some later on in Feb.

I'm with ii and completed the form online-might depend on which broker you are with.
Wolfiebill,
I had to post the hard copy.
Just a reminder to date the forms in American style.
Hi guys, some advice, please. I've been sent a W-8BEN form by Computershare regarding my (Wife's) share holding in TILS. Presumeably most / all of you have also had this form? Can I complete the form on line rather than the hard copy + post etc?
When the Accustem was issued via a demerger some of the base cost of the Tils was to be apportioned to the Accustem line. To work out the apportionment factors you need to know the market value of each line at the point of the Demerger. The company do not reply to emails, the registrar are denying all knowledge. I'm now trying to track down the ADR's and when they will be issued. I don't understand how a company can treat their shareholders like this
Unsure as to whether mentioned before but the Accustem website has had a 2022 update with a blue banner. The contact address is given as New York. Nothing else new as far as I can see.
Repeat your last
Say again , over!
