Wase.....Nobody can tell you the outcome.... If I was a betting man which I am, I would bet on a RTO happening if a nominated advisor is appointed this month. I would then expect the new company to be trading at circa 0.5p on initial listing. Don't ask my how and why, its purely a gut feel.
Some buys? I see 2 trades for a total off 60,000 shares....That's basically 600 quid
Some buys going through on ISDX.
I am new investor if any one guide what will happen now? i invested yesterday without going in very details of company, because sp gone down from its 12 months highest point to 1.25 i bought at 1.25 my question is will it be restored or it's going to burst.
12p target on track
out ok for all of us...
My shareprice account uses both aim/isdx without me choosing
YOu could be a large investor in Trinity!
Who offered you that Barney? IDSX listing doesn't necessarily correlate to AIM does it?
Can't buy through HL gutted. Even though brought 8 times via HL and 6 trades showed on isdx
Ha got offered 0.003 to sell my full holdings Get lost Will turn good don't sell at a loss
Apologies. . The Company is in advanced discussions with an alternative Nominated Adviser, and expects to appoint a new Nominated Adviser in due course. Promising
If they confirm a replacement nominated adviser within a month, I think it will be safe to say that the RTO will happen as the nominated advisor is an integral part of the discussions
Is it a concern that they couldn't find a technology partner and their nominated advisor have resigned? Anyway, lets see what the traders think of this news on ISDX
This should not take long. They have already had 6months. Not sure how trades will go through just on isdx. Am guessing it will be NT every time.
Sorry, I thought NOMAD were a company but zatcha1980 means nominated advisor. The inaccurate statement he makes is, 'advanced' discussions, advanced and preliminary are 2 different things.. Thanks Saintpeter7, I guess the nr1 question will be.....placing price following relisting!
BJ - the company would still have some cash left, but I suspect that an RTO will be arranged within the 6 months as they are already on the matter and there are the investors who bought the placing shares and the CUL notes to satisfy.
BJ - just read the RNS
Nomad? where did you get that info from?
Its already in advanced discussion with nomad and potential company. if no rto then yes or find another
Why would fincapp resign?
So essentially, PI's lose all their cash if there is not an acquisition made within 6 months?
yes. Quite clevet actually. They listed on isdx knowing needed time and would have to suspend on aim but not on isdx. Master stroke of genius
It is a priority for the Company to maintain its listing on AIM and therefore Tengri is pleased to confirm that it has now initiated discussions to acquire a company in the health care sector, which would constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules and ISDX Rules. Whilst these discussions are at a preliminary stage and there can be no guarantee that this transaction will be completed, the Company can confirm that the discussions with the potential replacement Nominated Adviser referred to above form part of these early stage acquisition negotiations. Healthcare sector = BOOMING UP TIME ON OPEN
Looks good to me. Can they still trade in ISDX ?
