they filled buy order... offer ticked up
I've had a punt - just for fun - could 5 bag or not - I don't really know - we shall see dh
Unexpected drop today.
Buying or selling.
Selling some CUL holders shares in advance?
No idea. But small tick downs on buy price after every buy usually indicates a seller. Maybe nearly done ?.
Could they be transferring shares from one holder to another, but being sly about it ????
They will still buy my 630k shares. If there was seller why are they still buying
Decided to spend £500 at 1.087p. Although I expect the share to be suspended tomorrow, when the RTO is finalised I expect there will be sufficient value in the new asset to make some profit. IMHO worth a calculated gamble.
never seen big seller .but very strange .i must say .that
well they must be selling at a loss ???
strange going on here... If there is a big seller, than that is worrying...
being worked. Look at the trade prices ... tiny drops after every buy no matter how big. Pure punt. I punted just £300 at 2p as nothing more than a throw away chance. As i see if,.i either lose £300 but potential with these thinghs to several bag. C what occuers. Nice to have only punt money in cos if i was in big or on leverage i would be having brown pants about now. LOL
but the price move up on buy .overall AIM market.
is that a buy or sell at that price ????
doubt it. Just overall AIM market. Been buying
what is going on... placing maybe????
Mcap now c. £1.2m. Cash after money obtained from CUL holders c. £750k. Value of RTO?
Wtf is going on here. There must be a huge sell being held back. I cannot think of any other reason for no rise.
on buy ...hah
at barc ...can.not get a Q...for 1 share
now
I posted this a few days ago and may be worth considering. According to my calculations, the CULs holders will be paying 0.3p per share for their shares. This is based on this statement from the RNS of 1 November: "Upon conversion, the CULs Investors shall obtain new Ordinary Shares in the Company equivalent to 65.54% of the enlarged share capital of the Company, based on the current issued share capital of 113,918,497 ordinary 5p shares following the issue of the Robust Shares." IMHO in other words, the CULs investors will own 65.54% of the share capital after the issue of the shares to them arising on conversion. So the number of ordinary shares in issue will be 330,585,164 after the conversion, as they will own 216,666,667 (65.54%) and the current holders the 113,918,497 (34.46%). I arrive at the 0.3p conversion price by dividing the cost to them of £650,000 by the 216,666,667 shares they will receive. The shares are now 0.1p nominal value but otherwise IMHO this still holds good. Would this be why the offer price has not risen today?
