Must be a massive task if they are writing to all share holders. I've tried to look into Crest account it's not clear hopefully more info to follow.
OK, so I'm with HSBC - Invest Direct.
Just spoke to them.
Apparently, they will get notification within the next day or so, they then contact me, by letter, informing me of the open offer, my entitlement and options. I can then go online, or call them and tell them what I want to do about it and they'll do it.
That's the process with HSBC apparently.
it's not looking good for me my holdings with Trading212. I've messaged them explain about the open over and they said "Please have in mind that currently we do not have this option online and I do apologize for any inconvenience caused."
...
I held Costain stock which recently did a rights issue... a pal using Hargreaves Lansdown had an email / notification on the Wednesday then I had the notification the following Monday so they are a few days behind the some of the other major trading platforms... Thought it was worth mentioning as I too emailed Trading 212 with no response.
I use Trading 212 and with the recent AML rights issue, I got a email asking whether to take it up or not..... So I would imagine it will be the same with Ted
