Ha! Mighty fine of you then spud! Cheers, Toffee.
Well thanks for making the effort to attend. I also trust the vitriol will cease and the new BoD will be successful. Of course, now they will find out just wheret the funds are in the company and whether they have a cashflow to go on with. They may get hit with large fees as well from advisers and the departing board members too. I guess the £1million investment is no longer up for grabs, if what the old BoD told us last week is anything to go by. Then again, you never know in business, things hit you when you are least expecting them.
Toffee, that was me;)
Bullinachinashop , indeed it was. Ben Turney, if you are reading this, I say case well put today. My apols for conflating you with BeerNSex (no one deserves that disservice) - I take you at your word from today that you are certainly not him. Harpmandoodle, it was heartening to hear from the group today that there is recognition from Ben and plenty others round the table that the app is a good concept ( I know from your line of questioning in the prior meeting that that was what piqued your interest in the share) and I got the sense from Ben that the new bod will be looking closely at it. So my main concern that it was going to get thrown out with the bath water is subsiding for now. Re the actual poll numbers, I was beginning to pack up as it was read out but I thought Nilesh said it was a total of 16.6m cast, and out of those only 7.7m were against the proposals (rather than 17m for versus 7m against, so relatively close run, but decisive. I am sure someone will correct me if I miswrote that.) Let's hope there is a positive route forward with this, and less of the negative rants bulletin board insults. V Interested to hear from new bod re: what happens with the TFSL subsidiary, and Oli's role going forward. And to the gent that recognised from us both being in the room at same time today that I am in fact NOT Oliver Fattal but my own whole actual person, I'm glad to knock that on the head. Toffee.
What the actual Fk? Just think that threat through, because it reads to me like you're admitting to a whole new level of 5h1t
Well they're going to have to expect the mother of all deramping if they ever decide to tap the equity markets for PI cash in the future. In case you didn't realise it boys, PI money is not yours to simply withdraw from the business to fund your vainglorious lifestyles. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
They certainly did. Can't wait to find out what they've been up to. FINAL MESSAGE TO OILY, DRUMMOND & NILESH DESPERANDUM: TOLD YOU ALL YEAR THAT YOU WOULDN'T GET AWAY WITH IT. I TOLD YOU THAT THE SHAREHOLDERS INVESTED HERE WERE FAR STRONGER THAN YOU THOUGHT. NOW SHAREHOLDERS HAVE MADE A STAND AGAINST YOUR ANTICS YOU WILL ALL BE HELD TO ACCOUNT FOR WHAT YOU ARE. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FUTURE CAREERS, WHAT'S LEFT OF THEM SIGNING OFF, ALWAYSWINNING XX
Toffeebran, Starsailor, David Lenigas, David Parlons, Tom Winnifrith YOUR BOYS TOOK A HELL OF A BEATING TODAY!
So do we know who the corporate was that voted against the board? Did they vote themselves off?
Very well done stu mate.
Agreed! Thanks for all the hard work stupot!
Beer I have already said this, but you were right! ! Please don't say "I told you so"!!!!!
Someone had to start the ball rolling and it was you. The groundswell of feeling was there but someone had to stand up and say enough is enough. Well done
Never in doubt really with that bunch of fking melts. We fought the good fight, now let's see what these fkers have been up to. WELL DONE EVERYONE.
Thank f*** for that. Well done Ben and the other members of the action group. #ShareholderActivism :-) Now let's find enough evidence to nail these greedy b*****s.
Thanks - is there anywhere online this is being discussed? Caught something on Twitter about the accounts revealing something - is there some consolidated info? Thanks
day wasnt it?
BOD`s out
Which way?
17 million to 7million
............gone, must be finished/nearly finished by now.
They most certainly didn't. This mob seem to have had an awful lot to hide, so it's no wonder they couldn't be forthcoming with anything. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of the disgraceful goings on with this company if shareholders oust this mob of chancers today, then roll on the legal proceedings I say.
Turned up 8 months late? But TEA was still listed back then and they didn't inform the market of those shares did they??? My oh my...
.......................TURN UP OUT OF THE BLUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. A share allotment filing on the 25th June has just turned at companies house. Shares were allotted 29th September but the filing has been submitted 8 months late. Check out the Nigel Somerville article on SP that's just been uploaded. ABSOLUTELY STINKS, WHAT ON EARTH HAS DRUMMOND BEEN UP TO.
You'd be lucky if the holding you have here is worth 1/5th of what it is now if "Mr Million" gets his way, SO THAT'S A BIG NO THANKS FROM ME. There is no future for anyone invested here with Jolly Oli et al in charge, end of story.
