Good to see the CEO putting skin in the game - helps give confidence to potential buyers and existing LTH's.
Didn't Oozi time his previous sale very fortuitously to pocket £24m. Now he can try convince investors with a £900k show of CONfidence.
Fat catz loaded up after making sure he had the cash ready before making announcements ... I think I sliced too early, but a profit is a profit .. so what else is out there this week ??
Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit", the "Group"), announces that Mr. Oozi Cats, the Company's Chief Executive, has yesterday purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a weighted average price of 171.87 pence per Ordinary Share,
Short closed now it's allowed to move up
so whats left in the share price. Sideways or news driven rises. Placing £3+ so I can see only one way moves
and rising again this morning .. offer 161 to sell now ..
The opening looks like
I believe shorting should be banned.
http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/172556/telit-making-the-right-connections-172556.html With 40% gross margins, and good cashflow, a period of consolidation follows significant investment in recent aquisitions.
I take it your short right now?
I see more pain here tomorrow. You have to watch these falling knives. Always best to watch these for a few days before jumping in. £1.20 target tomorrow and sub £1 the next day ? Anyone thinking the same ?
Yes but they are making a loss now too!
Whats the story with the wild prices after 4:30pm (Range from 149 to 197) ? Are these late prices coming through? Also I checked my portfolio on google sheets this evening and it's picking up that 180p as the final price for TCM...delighted until I checked here and see it closed at 150p!
Will be interesting over the next few days to see if shorters will 'cash in' their excellent profits. Check with investegate web site. google if required.. I wonder who the shorters 'borrowed' the shares from. Oftentimes a major investor who gets paid a commission on the value of shares 'borrowed;. When returned at the lower price - oops.

Several times this stock has fallen, only to resume the uptrend. Im long till March, @ £25 pp, so recovery slow but sure.
Missed revenue by £15m, market wipes off £125 million from capitalization. Great stock to transfer wealth to patient investors.
Agree Stuart, As they said on the call, they basically have goods produced in stock which is just waiting for certification before going to customers that want it, and they are expecting that certification this month. Appears to be an issue with Intel causing those delays. Lets hope to see a nice RNS later this month/early next month on that certification coming through as it will have an impact on cashflow for H2
Just finished listening to the conference call, some very good points if you want to listen there is a number on the original RNS to listen to a recording. They appear to have taken most of the pain in H1 with H2 looking far more positive with good contract wins, fixed costs which will of course help with the forecasted increased revenues. no questions on the accounting methods sadly, but all in all this one look set to do well in the second half, and possibly a main market listing and huge growth again in 2018 but against fixed costs. Im a complete novice investor and lost a fair amount today before averaging down, after listening to that call I am glad I did. they also mentioned a huge contract win which will be announced 1st October at a mobile conference which again sounded very positive. My main concern here remains cash flow, but if they can hang on, I expect good results in H2 and 2018 DYOR
and more than last year's equivalent profit; not good.
Details are on the RNS they issued a little while ago "notice of results" I think it was, its on HL but I would assume also on the invite. starts at 2pm, I will dial in and see what they have to say.Im a long term holder here and just averaged down today at 160 but not happy with these results, will be interesting to hear Mr Catz response. I would also be interested to know whether all the shorts cashed in today or if this is still up at over 10% DYOR
