If they survive the company will have to get rid of hundreds of shops as well. Most are not profitable...unless they did a merger as well. Thomas Cook paddling pools...lol
Do you think she held on o her shares and now is posting as the World go Round chap ?
Expert advice? Probably not.
Shares will be worthless on Monday - last chance to short
And I recall she invested £500k of her own money @ 25p when she was appointed and then the SP soared to near 150 within 6 months I think?

She was pushed out to make way for of and wow what a success he has been
Oh good, glad to hear that Barckley, so you took our advice :) hope you didn't loose too much
get your facts right mate,
Harriet Green has unexpectedly quit as chief executive of Thomas Cook after just two years in charge of the tour operator. Ms Green has been widely hailed for her turnaround of Thomas Cook, which was in turmoil and battling for survival when she became chief executive two years ago.26 Nov 2014

no. all sold last Monday...
Hi Cloudy Mountain, yes all booked on CC so at least I would be able to get money back through that ok I believe.
If anything does happen I appreciate the flights will increase quickly so will need to act fast, but not so fixed on dates to be honest so could probably change the hotel for a small fee and give me a little wiggle room on flights in terms of airline, airport and dates...........heres hoping anyway!
Barckley I wondered how you are getting on, are you still holding all those shares you said about a couple of weeks ago?
I will not be surprised
3.8 - 3.9
3.28
Plus over expansion that’s where this once great company is now destroyed
Am going for 3.42
I worked for them throughout this period and what youre saying is absolutely spot on.
I’d be astonished if staff haven’t been told what to say in a briefing this morning or over the past few days.
I hope things turn out well for you.
Needless to say, if it goes under, I suggest you rebook very quickly as lots of people will be doing the same. Of course the chances are that other airlines will increase their prices, and you may pay too much if you book quickly - but you may be unable to get a flight if you leave it.
Did you book on credit card? I assume that you paid over £100?
