In that case, anyone concerned that voting No could be the wrong thing doesn’t need to worry, right?

FECK EM
Sunak? you would be better trying to convince Cummings....
Just voted 2 BIG NOs last week!
Just taken survey and indicated a figure of £20k...but would consider more if additional 3rd party support were introduced at the same time as the additional PI monies.
Dear all, there are 2 court mettings on the 3 march regarding sirius minerals can anyone tell me what the 2 court cases are in ref of please, unable to vote need ID on both meetings many thanks.
Without Bucky here people need to be advised that voting against this is totally futile. AA will prevail in this cycle or the next. Get out while you can.
The solution here is a JV . Mr Cutafani if you bare wise you’d consider options again? I understand you’ve looked at all , but this solves it in one.
Furthermore the ethics of not “ taking” SXX investors money , would put AA into the right ethical position.
Why the need for a complete buyout ? AA has JVd before, SXX bod would no doubt support in full. Everyone receiving a balanced position . People & values first for AA are declared in full I recall. Is it not 2021 ? Business is not just about $?
It would be praiseworthy if AA took such a position.
Just done excactly the same h &l..john monday all done .they was very helpfull
I have encouraged shareholders to send tweets to Rishi Sunak...he's easy to find on Twitter. I have highlighted:
a) the politics - a conservative party backing a mine in the north with local PI's, jobs, exports, world-leading etc plus
b) the financial case based on unique product, pre-sales and a clear line of sight to operating cash flow.
Obviously not easy to make full presentation within the constraints of a tweet!
Just gone through the process with HL. After a little polite persistence they promised to have my certificated shares on the register by close of business today.
I will telephone Link Registrars Monday am to check and register my NO vote for the Court Scheme Vote.
There is still time to do this, please use your vote as an individual, so our voice as shareholders is heard. GLA LTH
Please copy and paste to repeat the message !
Just voted "no". Disappointed there was no "up your bum" option.
Share certificate votes - make them count!!Today 12:25
Dear Everyone
Please make sure you call your brokerage and pull at least one share certificate out which allows you to vote as an INDIVIDUAL also (ask them how you can do that!).
That means that you get 2 votes as a shareholder (when you call up -one of your votes goes into a brokerage nominee account which is a collective vote) but if you ask for a share certificate - that qualifes you for a 2nd vote. It is that second vote which gives us much leverage to culling the 75% majority that SM are wishing for

Done 2 more votes for a “BIG FAT NO”
Just voted NO with HL
Odey is a sponsor of Boris, and he is also from Yorkshire. A lot may happen if the no vote wins, especially as our new chancellor represents Richmond
Copied for info
Latest info from HL regarding the procedure to register as an individual shareholder, instead of the default position of Nominee accounts being counted as one shareholder.
In order to do so they must:
• Move at least 1 share(s) into certificated form, these shares will then be held in their name. One can withdraw a minimum of 1 share which will still give them their shareholder voting rights
• Any instruction to do so needs to be passed to the HL Certificated Withdrawals department by 5pm Friday 21st February 2020. Any instruction needs to clearly state the number of Shares to be withdrawn. Best done over the phone as there seems to be a backlog if instructions are sent via secure messaging.
• Once the stock withdrawal process is complete, they will be classed as an individual shareholder and will then be able to submit their vote with Link Registrars (0371 664 0300).
• There is a 2 day turnaround from giving instructions to HL to the shares being registered in their own name
• The individual will have to contact the registrars to then vote with regards to the shares that they’ve withdrawn. They don’t need to wait for the physical certificated copies as they will be on the electronic register.
• If one continues to hold shares with HL, then they will still require a further voting instruction through them, before their deadline of noon on Wednesday 26 February 2020.
• There is no charge to do this through HL
• Beware that once shares have been removed into certificated form the onus is on the individual investor to submit their vote with the Link Registrars and there may not be sufficient time to do this before the deadline of 11 am on Friday 28 February.
Once Link Registrars confirm that your name is on their register, they can post out your Investor Code, which enables you to vote electronically on [Link Removed], after registering online.
Time is short; hope the above is helpful to anyone wishing to have their individual vote counted at the Meetings on 3rd March.

What choice does he have .no trust in the man
My No vote for ISA and trading account have both been accepted by Interactive investor, very simple by phone.
Don't let Anglo American steal this guys.
CF hold your stealing head in shame, you are a wolf in sheep's clothing, you will get your just desserts.
Even if this goes through, you will suffer in some way, don't even think of going out in public, you are a disgrace!
The campaign to raise the £460m required is now well underway.
Shareholders can protect their shares buying bonds which pay healthy interest in the proposal

After we win this battle can the next fundraiser be a ONE way ticket for Mr Chris Fraser off the board and out of Yorkshire.
Voted no. Have them in an ISA account with JarvisXO. There was
a fee to pay but well worth it if it does the trick.
What AAL is doing is legalised theaving if you ask me.
