I written to my MP Rishi Sunak explaining my position on Sirius Minerals and the role of JPM and Highbridge Capital in this debacle. He has replied saying his fully aware of the situation and will respond more in the future. I was was seeking transparency regarding the people lending stock for shorting.
There’s lot of coverage in Mail on Sunday (FB) but don’t know how to get it on here!
Think it’s the one ffc posted at 00.12

Very well said Fred. Have ever thought of taking up cricket!
Those prose should certainly knock'em for six, then we could call you " Fiery Fred" or possibly start a pop group. Right said Fred.
Aim has evolved over the last 5 years in a way that it is now purely a vehicle to deliberately fleece private investors of their pensions and savings. Directors and the whole fraudulent system have so many ways to achieve their robbing aim with no credible watchdogs to protect investors interests.
Well perhaps, just perhaps, they just picked the wrong fight here. Yorkshire folk tell it as it is and do not take kindly to being taken for mugs. Wouldn't it be great if this was the turning point with Aim, the end of the robbing of honest folk & we can tell our grandchildren that it was the grit and determination of the Yorkshire folk who ended the blatant corruption on the Aim market, and it started here with Sirius.
And let the world be cleansed of this evil, amen.
The campaign to raise the £460m required is now well underway.

are experiencing the similar situations of many PIs over the recent years. the FCA will be of no use as past performances speak for themselves,in my opinion a complete overall (investigation) into the uk sharemarket is well overdue.best of luck in your fight.
Disgusted robert goodwill , who s hands up your arxe you puppet , people you remember this
This makes me so mad. Think again Mr Cutifani. Sirius investors only saw the opportunity you’re seeing now - plus they put their hard earned money into the project years before you, therefore shouldering all the additional risk. You know the morally right thing to do here and stop pretending the real reason why you’ve chosen this complete buyout route - greed. We investors are not ‘poor little things who didn’t know what they were doing’ and we’re putting up a fight. Go back to the drawing board and do the deal that should be done - not the one that’s wrong on so many levels - LET US KEEP OUR PART OF THE COMPANY - we want Sirius not even AAL - don’t care how you do it - just do it
‘Anglo American considered offering Sirius Minerals investors shares in Anglo itself as part of its takeover bid, the MoS can reveal.
The mining giant behind the controversial £405million takeover of Sirius Minerals looked at the plight of 85,000 small shareholders in the fertiliser miner who face big losses because they had bought into the Yorkshire firm at a higher price than the 5.5p per share being offered by Anglo American.
The alternative idea would have allowed Sirius investors to own Anglo American shares, giving them a likely future return from Sirius’s potentially lucrative mine.
It could have softened the blow for the small shareholders in Sirius – many of them locals who have ploughed life savings and pension pots into the company, which faces going bust after running out of money to complete the potash mine near Whitby.
A City source said: ‘Anglo did not want to be seen to be encouraging large numbers of not very well-informed shareholders to buy stock in a company that they know nothing about.’
Anglo American chief executive Mark Cutifani has insisted his offer for Sirius is ‘fair and reasonable’.

From yesterday's Guardian -
Robert Goodwill MP, who also owns shares in Sirius, is urging fellow shareholders to follow his example and accept Anglo’s offer, swallow their losses, but ensure the mine still goes ahead.
“They’ve spent £1.1bn so it’s not just something that might happen: there’s a big hole in the ground. The tunnelling is happening, and Chinese, Indian and American customers are signing agreements for millions of tonnes,” he said. “People need to realise that there is no Plan B.
-------------
I hope locals remember this and vote this turd out at the next election. He's not representing his constituents best interests. Unless he has inside knowledge (illegal) how can he say there is no plan B. He's just a mouthpiece for Fraser and we know he is, at best, conflicted by the prospect of continuing to earn millions with AAL.
Disgraceful.
Vote NO and send a message to Goodwill that he is on borrowed time.

COULD ODEY START A BIDDING WAR
Not sure I can follow this thread.
My personal view, is that Administration will never occur.
Why? because CF and the Bod's stand to lose so much.
Given the manipulation to date, can you see CF et al throwing in the towel?
If a No vote should transpire, I would expect to see a reconsideration of the Consortium bid.
Dont worry .have a good nights sleep Maybe you will answer tomorrow what you position is in Sirius
Keep the fighting fund growing - if we can’t force a rethink, the vote goes ahead and is no, and SXX goes in to administration, who is going to start/ head up a company with this promised cash to engineer a bid ?
I haven't looked at your previous posts .but maybe you would care to tell the Board your position is in Sirius?
I'm sure it's not just sometime. Nighty Night.
So whats the point you are trying to make? I have talked exclusively about SXX because its the only share I was invested in. I invested in end of June beginning of July. So just because I posted first in January sometime I am unbelievable?
Unbelievable, you've been posting exclusively about sxx since 11 Jan and in just over 1 month no longer hold any shares.......WTF
I thought that the share price rose from 3.70 to 5.54 in that time and, you managed to lose money.....wow. I thought I hadn't a clue but .........................
Just to let you know Bobabout I am not ****fa,,i I was invested in this , not anymore . You may say shame on me . I have lost over 7K on this I. am not rich and its a big blow for a pensioner who believed in the project, I just couldn't afford to lose everything .Cos I believed in the project and believed in the hype that CF and the BOD put out They need Jail time . Why don't you stop beating about the bushes . The current BOD need removed .
I am sure there will be some people on here that will criticise me for selling out ,but every individual PI has their limits,I have mine and decided to act on that limit. I will not criticise those PI's that have sold and I will not criticise those that hold. All I know is that if Justice prevails, in the fullness of time, the B.O.D should be worried Jail awaits.
Hope I don't smell a cutifanny,.............lol
