Hobione, Col_Mustard and You totally nailed this one and very well done to you sir. Surprised it wen't under the radar but the herd must have been chasing rainbows elsewhere. Well deserved to you both.
Yep!
Well done to us Col Mustard!
Aaaghh...hobione not 'no ions'! Bloody predictive text.
Very well played, no ions. Nice to see PIs get a good win.
I get the extra pennies
Excuse ignorance, are these shares going to be bought out at 6p?
well done if holding.
I've bought and am holding....
They have very poor revenue recognition policies which I suspect create poor behaviours / decision making. In the end it completely confuses investors. The leadership have not bitten the bullet and provided clarity. Very disappointed in the new CFO.
Ok....quite a few forms going short on this....sp is 4p....and likely to drop further...mgt should sell up or show some confidence and buy stock...or both....of its disaster time...it's nice to think the offers undervalue the company..well, they won't think that when the sp drops to 1p...even then there will be no aggressive bidding war for this heap of crap..I hope I'm proved wrong and management get of their high horses and see some sense and accept the offer..time for all to move on from this lousy attire..
Long suffering shareholders of jam tomorrow company, have finally a chance to move on to better stocks,if the management of service power will let them..the shares should be trading higher then 6p today but are languishing at over 4p, despite two possible bids for the company..the shares are a buy in case there is a bidding war, and the management should now accept a bid, or the end is nigh for the management and the company despite its contract wins..brexit will make sure of that..risky buy for the bid..time for management to look out the shareholders first or be ousted..
If there is a bidding war, offer could be more then 6p
Buy and hold for 6p that's 33% for a few weeks holding!!!
They must be kicking themselves. Nearly 100% lost in a couple of minutes trading. If only they waited
yea i get that but it is 5p now up 90%
Takeover of a minimum of 6p
Caught out..
well done holders but at 90% up anything left in this ?
The Board also confirms that it has received an approach from, and is in discussions with Diversis Capital, LLC ("Diversis") in relation to a possible cash offer being made by Diversis or through a wholly owned entity of Diversis for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of ServicePower (the "Possible Offer"). The approach has been made at an indicative price of 6 pence per ordinary share of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company. The Board would like to emphasise that these discussions are at a preliminary stage and that there can be no assurances that such an offer will be made for ServicePower, nor as to the terms on which any offer will be made. Shareholders are advised to take no action
Some good money to be made here. Minimum offer price of 6p. Plenty of upside
Look at that last one. A minute before thes anout a 6p offer came out. He must be kicking himself
some hefty sells
Definatelty looks very good from here. 6p minimum
