Herman. Following rns today I guess you did miss something. Lol.
Worrying times ahead but we seem well prepared for it. Definitely one to retain in the bottom drawer. And nice to see directors sharing the pain unlike some of the money grabbing scumbags higher up the chain.
Quite interesting but after short research-they nearly have no cash unless I missed something.
Yet another acquisition by Smith and Nephew, (Tusker Medical Inc), although no takeover terms disclosed.
Wonder if we will ever be on their radar. Probably the only chance of any significant SP uplift in near future.
Good solid RNS so surprised to see no effect on SP.
So the wicked witch of the west ‘left’ last month, I decided to buy in but why is the share price still dropping. To be fair I wasn’t expecting the share price to rise until the new appointments had settled in (post September) but didn’t think it would still be falling. It’s difficult to grow the company went no one wants to stay there and Mel going is too little too late for some. Do people see a yellow brick road in sight???
Profit warning, shares down over 30% and Brexit Party fails to take Peterborough.
I'm having a sh*t day so far.
So it looks like Yellowport being approved in the USA could have been the catalyst for the recent rise, however there is still a large buyer wanting a large number of shares in the market, I see this rising in the coming weeks/months
Not ever able to sell many millions on shares online at above the sell price but yesterday and today you can, looks like someone is building a sizeable stake or trying to, you can sell at 3.881p but not many takers, the price will have to rise very soon unless the buy order gets pulled
Another good set of results building on previous improvements. Holding for the longer term and hopeful we might see a small divvy next year if further increase in profits, assuming we don't get involved in more takeovers (or for that matter, be taken over)
Hopefully the SP can sustain recent rises before next set of results.
Quite a solid set of results with a positive outlook for the future ,share price could make progress from here.GLA
Excellent results today and a very positive outlook.
Folks may well be missing out here....
Every reason to see good results, I think share price is well underpinned at the moment and any progress made should improve market cap. Would like to see dividend given within a couple of years.
Another decent set of results showing steady growth and progress must surely help to push the SP up. It's been so low for too long. Seems like the problems of a few years ago are something of a stigma still.
Only cloud for me is any possible brexit negatives. Time will tell
GLA
Share price rising nicely over last couple of weeks. Results hopefully will show steady progress. Await news with interest and some optimism. GLA.
RNS - Smith & Nephew plc (LSE:SN, NYSE:SNN), the global medical technology business, announces it has completed the acquisition of Ceterix® Orthopaedics, Inc, the developer of the NovoStitch® Pro Meniscal Repair System. The acquisition supports the Company's strategy to invest in innovative technologies that meet unmet clinical needs.
At a cost of $50m that must put us firmly on the radar for a future T/O.
Starting to wonder if that's the only way we'll get this ridiculously low SP higher.
......just passed and all been very quiet of late. Hopefully a good sign.
Half year results showed a big increase in T/O and profits and with pre results statement due next month, a good set of results could well push this back up to 4p, somewhere we haven't been for nearly a year now. GLA
The ducks my well be lining up in an orderly row, looking forward to Tuesday
Results Tuesday
I’m expecting nothing until we hear the trading statement that’s coming along with the results, then another 10-15% jump before a steady rise over the course of H2
Return to 3.5-4p pre-results in Sept.
Good news morning
I’ll be adding throughout the day today I think
All depends on whether they managed to get to grips with the Italian supply chain problems.
Was tempted to top up at current silly prices but got way too much in AIM shares for my comfort.
mick no debt as of 30th June with rising revenues and profits. Yes see no appeal here!!
