1.45p?....looks like the bottom of this downtrend..imo
?
that's not what the guidance says...
Or you could argue that the old ones don't need replacing due to under-use
omicron throwing a spanner short term but the backlog and need for SUN products is still very supportive. Add on weaknesses !
Any news about Surgical?
business is now fairly lean + there is so much surgical backlog that the need for such tools is HUUUUUUUUUGE.
Just a heads up.
Surgical Innovations will be live at 4.30pm today on the Investor Meet Company platform.
Why so Daddy?
next big bagger imo - reopening !
sat on a range low....nice
Nice to see a steady increase of late. Now in modest profit.
But is it due to NHS ops opening up again or pre news leak?
A quiet board but the share price has increased by some 58% from 1.7 to 2.7 in the last three months(give or take a couple of days).
Sorry for delay replying GS. Don't very often look in here as there's noone to chat to.
Personally I've made quite a few bob in this in the distant past and sold out at 14p at a time when the outfit was a lot smaller.
Years later and following a number of problems and much dilution, then, disastrously for SUN, Brexit and Covid the company seems to have survived well and is now starting to slowly grow organically .
Having got back in I currently sit on an average of 2.5p and expect at some point to be back in profit. May take some time organically with strains on the world's health services but one should never discount the possibility of a takeover, possibly by Smith and Nephew. Hopefully not at these prices though.
Irrational hope?
Hold and pray
Hello out there, can anyone give me any reasons why i should invest in this company?
Wishing a happy Christmas and prosperous new year to all holders. This time next year we'll all be millionaires.
Good stuff, helping to reduce waste, no bad thing.
Ok so we've been diluted again but if it helps boost the coffers in these straightened times, hopefully it's worth it.
Just 2 niggles from me. Firstly why do AIM companies rarely involve existing loyal shareholders who have had little to shout about in recent years.
Some would argue because it's too expensive. Which leads to my other niggle. If a rights issue is too expensive, why in God's name are we shelling out nearly £200k or 9% of the placing in fees to rich bankers?
2.5p written all over it for those with a little patience
Predictably down but some encouraging signs moving forward. More predictable was the early drop in SP which thankfully dissipated later in the day. One might have expected the historic performance to already be reflected in the SP but the market seems to enjoy punishing SUN.
The beast is slowly awakening. Only need 0.5p for B/E.
SUN - being taken today....rising.
