Gemstar does make a fair point about Masterman. This has, for me personally, turned from a interesting value play [albeit with modest assets and income] into "lets just trust James Parson" and "its indonesia which is growing", neither of which fits my investment criteria. As of where we sit now, the reason the SP is decimated can be attributed to a number of things. In no particular order. 1. Bezzecca reserves downgraded [sneakily as well - hidden a CPR that was never RNS'ed] shameful IM. Bezzecca three earmarked for early 2019, now delayed until 2021 - if at all [again hidden in the non RNS'ed CPR!]. This has undermined credibility in the new BOD. Tied in with this is Masterman "doing one", it feels like its a case of a rat leaving a sinking ship. 2. Dealmaking - Woeful. Why not leave it suspended until you are sure what your plans are? The whole affair has been comedy. Wheeling out the "new FD" at the recent event was also hilarious as he was totally out of his depth. Where was the CEO or Parsons to take the tough questions? 3. PR and treatment of SRON retail investors - The girl who does PR and her network indicate this is not the sort of business I wish to remain invested in. As a SRON retail investor, who commited a large chuck of cash on the basis of what MM said, if feel more than just let down. I feel legal action could be warranted! 4. The PO valley experts calling this a bad deal of their shareholders. What does that tell you about SOUs assets? I am one very angry shareholder.
Silly man. And not very welll informed either. Tell Tom that Indonesia has the 15th largest economy in the world, projected to take the 11th spot by 2030. Talk this down all you want. I am a holder and a buyer. If anyone is thick enough to listen to you, you will be doing me a favour. :-))
You 2 Chuckle Bros seem stressed In too deep? Margin calls?
Genstar, you asked about Sound shareholders, which I answered. No-one cares if you have faith in JP, Mother Theresa or rock and roll. Hang around like a bad smell, if you have nothing useful to do.
uh...why are you still here? can you answer the question rather than throwing around insults?
Only rabid bulls allowed on here, eh ,mikeinmac? And you are either ignorant or a yank 'Definition ofbale outBritish 1:to jump out of an airplane with a parachuteThe pilotbaled outjust before the plane crashed. 2:to leave or escape a harmful or difficult situationMost investors havebaled outof the business.'
Another BrokermanDan and Stefania con job in the works here
Why are you still here Gemstar? You made a big deal of why you "baled" (sic) yet you're still whittering on this forum
That's the whole point. Faith in JP Masterman, in the space of under a year has managed to convert something solid, if slowgrowing, with interesting prospects, into something that requires 'faith in JP' who I've never heard of, operating in the third world, on the other side of the world Meanwhile, he himself clears off
No idea. Most of them will have faith in JP, so i expect them to keep them, but that is just my view. Maybe yo should ask them? I am a holder and a buyer, regardless of how you imagine they will act. Having sold, you will have no worries either way. Good old Tom. :-))
'At 6:00pm on the record date, April 3, Sound shareholders will receive the Saffron shares, in proportion to their holdings in Sound.' So having unloaded all their cr*p Italian assets on to SRON, what do you think Sound shareholders are going to do with their SRON shares? Eh? Eh?
Sound Energy PLC (LON:SOU) has updated investors on the process that will deliver shareholders stakes in Saffron Energy, as part of the divestment of the groups Italian assets. The company is selling the Italian assets to Saffron, which is being relaunched as Coro Energy, in a share based deal though it wont retain any of the stake. Instead, the shares will be redistributed to shareholders. To facilitate the transaction, Sound confirmed that it has now undertaken a reduction of capital and it will allocate a total of 185.9mln Saffron Energy shares. At 6:00pm on the record date, April 3, Sound shareholders will receive the Saffron shares, in proportion to their holdings in Sound. Any sellers now are happily crystallizing their losses, what a shame. The show is just getting started folks. Anyway good luck to all investors in support of a new team and the new venture we are about to embark on. Deepi
The big sellers will send this down more! Con SHARE Oh I spelt it wrong Coro
Personally, I have no faith either, but as I don't need the capital at the moment, and i would be taking big hit, I am holding to see what rabbit appears.
No Faith in this. I've been in from the beginning and just took the hit. A lesson well learned My opinion is this is a total stitch up Good luck all

well i hope those investors buy after their lunch so some of us can get our money back.
Coro Energy would like to invite investors to attend an informal lunch (post GM) which will be held at Finch's Pub, Finsbury Square, London on Thursday 29th March 2018. Please contact Sarah Dees for more information. Deepi

the big sells going through last couple of days why the Big sells?
yep BMD is promoting but also he put a big wad in don't think he would bother if he thought it was shite? maybe he sees something in 12months time ? maybe he knows more than people on the BB boards,
some good info in that BMD article and he must know a thing or two about Indonesia
Thanks for link GG, Ok article - depends on your trust in BMD. BMD has taken up a position and is promoting.
I've been trying to get Sara, Andrew, jp to reconsider warrants to bolster the OO. She tells me they will consider still. It wasn't my idea to have an OO so they presumably could do with the money. Therefore, make it an attractive offer @ 4.38p by attaching 6.57p warrants, same as Marco. Unless they have BIG Indonesian news prior, the OO is dead imo
