Been in this insulation market over 25 years the CEO was never the right guy, lovely person but not a CEO to drive this business forward knauf isover et al will let them slowly die true value of this business as it stands circa 500k
I've worked in the insulation market for over 18 years..............I repeat I'll buy at 5p / 6p............
Touchy touchy let be more specific bg isover they have over invested in production when the insulation market had been contracting your in good spirit muppet
Strong possibility SIG could move in here they have been buying manufacturing capability worldwide and have massive distribution power, SIG have been an extremely good share for me in recent years puts my hiccup in superglass to one side superglass should have sold to knauf when offered 14m a few ayers back
Your clueless - the share will free fall as it is below par or nominal value now ...........muppet. There are no ex-employees of Knauf or Kingspan etc on the executive or plc board. At 5p / 6p I think its worth getting in. The big sells today will be an ii getting out at any cost as the value is gone for them, they will take the hit and move on...........UP
The CEO is a bean counter lovely guy but does not understand the insulation market the team below him would struggle to cut it with the stronger players in the market Knauf Kingspan Rockwool etc mostly cast offs from these companies working here sorry to be brutal but at today's rate I am down over £40k so have every right to be angry but he ho
The captain is going down with the ship lol.GL.
The SP of SPGH is only a quarter of the NAV so it is a good value buy for me.GL.
Sorry i meant to say You need to have cash to pay the workers.GL.
The SP drop more than compensates for the problems but I do know that however many assets you have need cash to pay the workers.GL.
And some people look at the NAV.GL.
.
Another drop so I have topped up again as SPGH looks way to cheap now.GL.
Given up on averaging down now, going to have to sit on this for quite a while I reckon.
SP for SPGH is less than half of NAV so I think it is a good value buy.GL.
"Although by its nature highly dilutive for the current equity, in the Board's opinion, the implementation of this proposal would enable the latest cost saving plan to be implemented and address any foreseeable funding requirement of the Group and is therefore under active consideration."
Most of SPGH showing as sales are buys.GL.
below bid...teens soon it seems...but is that low enough to tempt??
