...now. A bunch of institutional investors think that 2p is a good price to buy in at and that's what's sent the sp tumbling from 5p down to the price they have just paid. SPGH need the money, the investors want a profit. They think they'll get one if they buy at 2p - if they didn't they'd have kept their money or negotiated a lower price.
Any thoughts on a good price to buy in on this one, I'd clue your opinion, thanks.
...the sp rise Jolly well bugged me a while back... ...but looking at sp rises across tiddlers, some r just plain daft...so shouldn't be surprised lol
Once again, thanks for the advice and info, much appreciated. Think I might have a little punt on both SPGH and ALPH, mainly because they are both ISA-able and hopefully the falling Euro will boost ALPH and maybe some good news on housing/green deal in the budget for SPGH, fingers crossed. GL
No I don't in general buy shares that have fallen off a cliff as usually there is a good reason. I look for companies that appear oversold or near historic lows which have news flow due in the near future. ALPH thread provides lots of info so it is worth a look. CAD looks interesting and is a share that will re-rate on positive results but I am not holding. (but I will put on my watch list thanks). Several companies due possible game changing news flow over the next few weeks include IRG/PFP/BRDY/TPJ/PIRI/BLU all high risk but worth reviewing GL
Thanks for the advice, I'll keep a close eye on this monday morning if it goes red first thing, i'll buy in, also ALPH.....do you specialise in buying shares that drop like a stone and then rebound? lol......... maybe AVM is worth a look? Or i'd really value your opinion on CAD, I have a good feeling about this one, a few recent potential prospects in the pipeline and if a deal is struck on the money they are owed I think this could fly. GL
Who sells 66 shares?
This still is fair value to 6-7p imo (as I am cautious about poss funding dilution ahead). Have a look at ALPH which is also due a bounce gl
Nice one, looks like you've timed it right, I thought about for a while this morning and then changed my mind lol......maybe come in if it dips a bit next week....best of luck to you!
+ 18.2%
Here comes the correction...
Well I am back in this morning at 4.25p as I am sensing this could be at or near the bottom gla
Thanks very much for the info., maybe worth a speculative punt then!
With grave difficulty if the share price falls anymore. If any of the large shareholders made an offer for the company near the 10p level - it will be very hard for the company to say no imo
Interesting! Wonder why the original stakebuilding?... Any idea how the equity will be raised?
There was a bit of stakebuilding but a recent RNS stating additional equity funding in the near term will be required has pushed the share price right back to its low point.
Have any idea of the reason for the rise in the SP in January?....new here so apologies if I've missed something.
We could really do with a large buy now! Really tempted to add back at this level...
necessary.. ..appreciated though lol
on the 7th (when we posted) there was a buying rns (miton - who they?) & the next day (when u helpfully lol posted) there was the rns to which yr post refers yrs humbly Jolly employable lol
...those guys have bet a fair amount...and their timing might have been better, no? ..explains the rise.. ..& y I was so puzzled.. ..perhaps they shd employ me lol?
Note the holding rns of this morning... 3p now very unlikely imo...
sub 3p for me...option value only imv
Sub 5p and I will be back in.. made money here twice recently but this time it is far riskier considering the size and price of any equity issue is unknown gl
no..not in..just less puzzled u winning on rpo? haven't been paying attention over there atb Jolly
