'Equally perplexed...
to 4p according to yahoo finance ...difficult to place in classical finance theory....extraordinary wealth destruction ...much kinder if dropped to zero and investors not tempted lol ...bemused onlooker opinion only
yet again ...takes wealth away from all but the shorters...month after month...year after year..but doesn't do the decent thing ...next dilution sometime in 2015? ...extraordinary to watch

Final results for SPGH on 20th Nov 2014.GL.
yr biggest worry is that they fail to reach breakeven let alone grow
Hi riddler My biggest worry with SPGH is that it was down to 20p then bounced down as news of the rights issue leaked and SP went down to 5.25 so a large holder could buy SPGH with a little help from other holders for little more than 25% of its true value IE 6 or 7p and if they mention going private about 3p per share then have a buyback of shares at 5p and they end up with SPGH for nothing. Also as a large holder has only bought SPGH at the 5p rights he would only have to offer 5p per share to get control.GL.
Hi riddler The The NAV of SPGH will go down to about 17p per share but it is still more than 3 times the SP of SPGH and they will have cash after the rights so we are still in the game.GL.
In Feb 2014 the SP for SPGH was 54p so why nit pick as this is a very low SP and far less than the NAV so more upside potential than downside
@ 5.75/6p SPGH is a cheap punt in the building sector.GL.
The 45,000 SPGH showing as sales are buys.GL
Sorry for the late reply but I was out all day yesterday. No I am not out and I have bought more but my % of SPGH shares will fall as I would need to buy 4 times my holding to have the same %.GL.
in operating performance ...yet another placing would not surprise
30,000 SPGH bought today and non sold so far but the SP stays the same. GL.
I was on holiday from 20th Sept in Rhodes so I am still in.I have not even read why as she broke her back on holiday so I will read later .GL.
