Also it wouldn't be good for there credibility, the whole Scirocco venture including the interviews in October would look pointless, they wouldn't want that.
If the deal has fallen through there are fees salaries and other costs involved.
We would actually be financially worse offf than when nr was in charge.
The guessing game is frustrating there could be numerous reasons why we are still suspended,
1. The board are still under negotiations as they say,
2. The deal has fallen through and they are working on another deal ( so they don't come back to the market empty handed?
3. Maybe they have some hope of licence or H one dropping before suspension ends.
4. Or worst case scenario deal has fallen through and they are praying for a miracle?
In any event they would be aware of the consequences to return to the market without something to show for the past several months,
I honestly thought we would have heard one way or the other by now.
I don’t want to be pessimistic but doesn’t bode well imo.
As I said before I’m sure the board are all working hard to deliver shareholder value.
I think they are holding out as long as they can maybe to deliver the bad new but hoping the Licence or something happens over the other-side before getting this news out, I do hope I`m wrong of course and they are well aware bad new is going to slam the SP esp with no H1/CH1 Drill/Licence or anything, if this is the case it smart move but of course we only have just over a month before we hit with it, of course it could all come into place by then who know really :o)
the clock is ticking cut off date for transaction is 8-9 april !!!!
Come one Chris ,same old balony for the last 3 years ,what’s our £2m + worth now on the open market , I suspect would not stand scrutiny , and probably 5/8 ths of F/all , what’s anything mineral or gas worth in the ground and no licence !!!!
On 16 and 17 Dec 2019, Spark Plus hosted Investor Meetings For Helium One Ltd in Singapore and Hong Kong.
These seem to be invitation only events aimed at those seeking to invest in ASX companies.

That’s what concerns me. Nothing no news updates.
As far as I know our board are working flat out to deliver shareholder value.
Don't expect we will see it in Feb now AA...will things spring into action in March?
Bl00dy hope so!
Still no sign of the ASX IPO coming through for this Month either.
We have to keep our spirits up.
Still hoping for mid cap status within two years.
lol steve, well if the Tanzania/Uganda/Gas pipeline is completed, there will be no gas left in Ruvuma @1BCF per day by 2037
2037 ?
Sorry Chris couldn't resist it.
Licence next week please.
Been a long time coming Viking.
2017 - NT2 drilled with an 11 fold increase in gross resources, 25 year development licence applied for.
2018 - Gov initiate contract review with all O&G operators and concludes November#
2019 - Gov initiate PSA review with all 11 Operators, conclude their review in end Jan 2020
2020 - to date PSA with the operators for review...
"cperkin im not knocking you im just giving my opinion, I really cant see this moving forward, but i really do hope im wrong"
I am of the same opinion trrime. Funny when I have posted similar things that are not massively optimistic in the past (both years) you have accused me of being another poster in disguise! Does that mean you now think I am you? Oh hum wait, wait, wait, wait and then probably a dilution to keep the lights on - but as you say trrime lets hope that is not the case.
We need to get an acknowledgment that the AEX board have indeed received and passed back the PSA now to the Government, this is the bare min tbf, it’s would be seen as a substantial step in the right direction, be it in my camp as nothing is certain at the moment just speculation GLA
CP, nice to hear something a bit positive and from the TZ gov!
ATB
VS
Didn't take it personally trrime, just also giving my opinion based on the PSA review completion and the Gov's International arbitration u turn which suggest It's all finally moving along.
Fingers crossed eh
I know it feels like it trrime but the Gov has finished its PSA review at long last, that's very significant news. So the PSA now sits with the operators. The new operator will be the Zubairs once the licence lands and it will all then move at their pace and I reckon that pace will be much better than the old operator.
I certainly hope to see the c1 spud before the summer is out steve.
"As previously announced, both APT and the Company have seen recent positive movements in Tanzania with respect to the general business environment, growing demand for natural gas consumption and the approaching completion of the government's review of production sharing agreements. As a result of these encouraging developments, it has been agreed to fast-track select Chikumbi-1 "pre-drill" activities including construction of an access road to the Chikumbi-1 wellsite, construction of the drilling surface location, ordering of select long lead items and to progress permitting activities. This will enable the joint venture group to commence drilling operations on Chikumbi-1 as soon as possible following the granting of the extension of the Mtwara licence. "
Hi Chris.
Whilst I agree with you partly.
How many years until we are at that stage.
Without the licence it's all hypothetical anyway.
Round we go again steve ;) Don't sell any of Ruvuma till at least post C1 drill imo.
Imo companies will be pulling out very soon if not sorted soon.
What's the point in having all that has if you can't extract and sell it.
Imo a complete mess.
Get out of it asap. Even if licence is granted tomorrow how many more obstacles will there be before production.
