Farmout complete soon then Chris :o)
Morning Panch, hope you are keeping well.
The BLOE rumour has been doing the rounds for several weeks now, they have a similar size gas asset but with flow rates that are much smaller than the Ntorya wells but there again have a higher netback. No idea if there is anything in it, but certainly JF and AF have significant holdings in both.
Interesting tweet from our Diplomat in Tanzania when asked if he thought the Zubairs would be drilling soon.
"I anticipate soon as per their schedule and commitment. Let’s be positive and supportive. Things will happen"

Morning all, hope everyone is keeping well.
Great to see a gradual build on the SP now that AEX are starting to get their ducks in a row with the Tanz gov, looking forward to the Farm out completion so we can start moving towards CH1.
Question: I've seen a bit mentioned on BLOE and on a quick look last night saw that they rose 50% yesterday with no RNS and people there also talking about a tie-up or T/O by Solo, for those better in the know:
Is this in our best interest if true?
What is there production at present and if we did T/O how far into our 20,000 5 year target does it take us?
Lots of reading to do this morning, but exciting times..
is there a argument short term and you believe in the Farm-out will be classed as a safe haven stock on stock market volatility and a guaranteed % return on completion and the fact that some think this could drop anyway now, worth considering ??
morning AA hope you well, SP looking abit chipper now since you were last on here, we need news or "Mind The Gap" as they say, I hope it continue in a good vain, stay safe & healthy :o)
Still got that gap to fill first as well brian @ 1.304p to 1.514p

Ariel, good to see you back and I hope you are keeping well. Quite a few posters missing still and I hope they are all safe and sound.
Morning steve, glad to hear all is well and the same here thanks. Yes good to see movement, we have waited years for the Tanzanian Gov to issue that licence and now we just need Aminex to pay their CGT and the minister to approve the handover to the Omanis which I don't expect will be far away.
Good morning guys,
Lets hope for a deal ( it may encourage them to update the website )
anyway pleased with the recent rise in the shareprice and off topic pleased with my little venture with bloe recently,
Stay safe and be aleart.
Morning Chris.
Looking like things may be moving at last.
Lack of news may mean a deal will be announced soon.
We could certainly do with one.
Hope all well at your end. All fine here.
Some encouraging messages in an article posted earlier today.
1. It confirms that Tanzania is still “working on plans to export gas to Uganda via a pipeline.” I posted another article recently that specifically linked Ruvuma with these export plans.
2. It re-confirms that Tanzania “is working on distribution plans – through a mix of CNG, mini LNG and pipelines – to Morogoro, Dodoma, Tanga, Arusha, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kagera, Manyara, Geita and Kilimanjaro.”
3. Interestingly it also seems to suggest that the LNG project (potential competition to us) is likely to be delayed by some years.
All very positive.
I think we may see an RNS next week confirming completion of the farmout. It’s then game on!
https://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/africa/240503/uganda-tanzania-pipeline-construction-planned-for-2021/
The gas pipeline is a big deal, the TPDC forecast as much as 1BCF per day demand above the domestic demand which is already growing nicely.
A merger maybe.
Although I’d prefer a straight takeover.
Hoping for news on Ruvuma helium one potential acquisition etc.
Brian I thought that was witty from Caddy with his usual poke in the ribs LOL, I see there a party amosphere on BLOE board with there rise today and over the week incredible really and missed by me but I`m in non risk mode as from this week until Farmout here, I do hope we here and over on the AEX get the same joy soon, we really really deserve it for our loyalty GLA !!!
That £65-00 was probably from a £1000 investment 8 years ago. Enough is enough.
Looks like our friend in country is catching up with news.
"Another good News in the Oil & Gas Sector in Tanzania as #Solo Oil Plc, an Oil & Gas Investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange (AEX) has recently received their Mtwara Exploration Licence from the Ministry of Energy. Congrats to the Gov and investors"

8 sells in a row 4 of them under £65.00 Laughable really ;o)
"Absolutely. This extension is incredibly encouraging as the asset is strategically and economically important for the country and value that can now be unlocked as a result of this extension, particularly where there is substantial regional demand for natural gas here"
Worth reading the full thread.

When you say newsflow is stacking up nicely does that mean, how I see it ' Why the bloody hell don't you tell us something'?
Total silence is not helping the cause.
I think it was Jay from Aminex who stated that the Jurassic reservoir targets were far larger in size than what the cretaceous targets were, so if they do hold reserves then the value of both companies reserves would be significantly bigger. Its all ifs and but's at the moment in regards to the Jurassic but hopefully we are on course to find out later this year/early next.
Yes as always with this.......if.
Hopefully rising in anticipation of future events.
Ruvuma Sale / Farmout.
Helium one ipo and drilling.
Acquisition (s)
Newsflow is stacking up nicely.
It’s if and when it drops is the only problem at the moment.
I think its a fair proposition, the risk of a drill that is appraising the Ntorya gas discovery for the second time with the potential increase in the resource value, the 2nd drill increased gross by 12 times and then their is the lower Jurassic with an estimate of another TCF of gas and or the oil they have been searching for all along. I don't think a 5 to 10 fold increase in resource value is out of the question at all. So take circa $20 million now or spend $10 and get a $50 to $100 million valuation v $20 today.
Seriously borrow more! After how many years of throwing share holders money into an endless money pit that has constantly failed to show any return with a less than proactive Tanzanian government. Time to sell and move on.
I suppose we could borrow.
Maybe if another deal materialises shortly additional borrowing could be obtained.
After drilling ruvuma stake should be worth much more to sell.
Anyone's guess as to what could happen here.
Your right on that one.
Let’s hope the daily rises continue.
Annual results due by end of June.
The board will have some serious explaining to do if nothing new can be announced in the Chairman’s Report.
Still hoping for mid cap status within 30 months if not sooner.
Only takes a couple of mega deals.
