Excellent article describing what Dell already doing in waste water management. So glad they are now working with us

Iantobach - yes, good biog and hopefully GB is saving best til last. Some faltering steps recently though and I'm looking for him to put things right quickly, get positive momentum in both skin and mwg and get DeepVerge on the front foot from day 1.
Exactly, there can't be a guarantee. Why would you want to do that? If you did, it would be fraudulemnt and potentially manslaughter in an extreme circumstance where others die as a result. Therefore it should be made (if it isn't already) illegal.
Imagine a scenario where you did 'cheat the system' because you desperately wanted to go somewhere, for example you went to a music venue (knowingly) with Covid-19 and infected others, who then go on to die - that would surely be something the police would want to investigate.
Integumen have put forward a great (but not perfect) solution and you can't cater for people who want to to put themselves and others at risk.
Dell is likely providing the global digital infrastructure which is essential to ensuring the 24 hour pass Etc works effectively.

My whole family had a sword test (postal) anyone can cheat... but why would you... got to be a jailable offence
@cinders15. If there was a national dna database it would be easy, but the big brother watchers would never allow it.
What guarantee can there be that the breath reading is from the tested person?
I agree, it is interesting that they haven't disclosed Dell's role in all this yet. This makes me think there is still much more to come from this - why else hold it back? I think there are a few possibilities, or a combination thereof:
1. Production of the microchips for the breathalyser
2. Provision of the secure blockchain technology to support the 24h health pass
3. Secure cloud hosting/storage services for the digital fingerprint of a positive covid result
In the recent Proactive interview (24 Sept) in response to the global OEM partner question GJB talks about the undisclosed 'global data integrations partner'. This therefore makes me think Dell will be producing the microchips (in large quantities) at the very least.
Indeed! They have a juicy budget for various initiatives over the next few years. Bodes well for the recently signed agreement; other similar agreements should follow.
Should be well worth the wait. Dell looks an interesting partner. More than just biege box computers and cloud hosting.
Dell Technologies foundational partner with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) supporting the Smart Dubai initiative. Important enough for Michael Dell to be personally involved. Search for following should return relevant result: utilities - me 15665 .
With a company like Dell I would think it’s paramount to have all i’s dotted and t’s crossed before sending out any details on a RNS. Could be massive, could be nothing? We will just have to let it play out i guess.
Yes Paul, absolutely right. Personally, I don't really understand why all the cloaks and daggers about this. Dell has been disclosed as a partner and surely there has to be some clarity of what that actually is? It could be that by mentioning something now will infringe on a formal disclosure by both companies that will explain all? Other than that I am slightly baffled by it all.
Good question Paul, I'm not entirely sure why the basics cannot be clarified without going into too much detail about the partnership. There is some information kicking about on twitter, going on from GB tweets about water monitoring in China. Dell also have interest in the same lake taking on a position of stewardship.
Paul, no news about Dell as SKIN have entered into an NDA. I'm not confident we will get news about Dell's involvement for a while.

I'm sure GB will want to make his last one the best one.

warrants are essentially mini placings. New shares are added at a fixed price, usually less than the current price else not much point exercising them.
The company gains as they get the money, but shareholders suffer a small dilution as there are now more shares in total.
Warrants are usually issued when a placing is undertaken - usually at a higher price than the placing price.
Personally i'm not overly keen on them as it allows those who participated in the placing to benefit twice - initially when they receive placing shares at a discount to the current price and then potentially later if the share price increases.
For SKIN as number of warrants is a small fraction of total shares in issue impact is minimal really.
“ The consideration for the exercise of the Warrant Shares amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £2,000.”
Nothing to worry about mate ....
RNS Are these Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights good or bad
Can anyone explain them to me please.
Thanks in advance

Great video as always
GJB... would it be a smart idea to show a working prototype of the breathalyser and supporting equipment ... might mitigate some concerns pi’s have... thoughts
Betting Exchanges and CFDs etc, spread bets going short where gamblers only have to pay 3% of the initial bet costs to take a position.
That only happens when MMs move the price up rapidly to generate interest, looking to spike buyers and then drop it back down... MMs only interested in keeping prices low as much as they can to maximise their ability to buy low, sell high. Usually takes a lot of buying to raise the price and hardly any selling to drop it.
#speedic 'There is more buys then sell yet it keeping going down. H.'
The only times when price matters is when you buy and when you sell.
This business is just warming up the motors of growth. There's a great future ahead for a business which can really make a difference to societies across the globe in several important and profitable ways. Water is the most precious resource. It is grossly undervalued today. Governments will gladly pay to ensure that their their water safe. We have seen that this week in the Great Lakes and Lake Taihu. Our artificial skin has a toe in a Chinese door. We can all list the other products. This is the just the start.
Great time to buy. The price is pennies. I have topped up twice.
