Morning all.
I had my shares with LLoyds.
They were removed when delisted but they still haven't come back on yet.
Has anyone else got the same problem?
Auditors comment regarding forward projections to July 2022 ,based on information supplied by the company indicates they expect to be in profit.
Love to see those forecast trends.
Hopefully the company will keep to the monthly trading updates to ensure transparency even if there are some hiccups along the way.
Now back to living. GLA

Yes it was Wolfe.
Only 2m Mcap
This was 10s of multiples of the current SP before suspension. This is going higher..
Wolves maybe or maybe not, company value is still very low. We shall see how this pans out.
Any new investor will have access to most recent financial information.

The technology advancements and structural changes within the payments division of the past year are beginning to show positive results in terms of increase in transactions driving an increased contribution to revenue and gross profit.
The Period saw an increase in clients using the GBP and EUR services, a development that continues to date.
Pre-paid card issuing grew steadily during the Period, both in number of cards being used and the volume of transactions successfully processed, despite the impact of Covid-19, resulting in the payments business bringing about much needed improvements.
Let us not forget that in recent months there was a real chance of disappearing without trace. How many times have experienced investors on here seen suspension lead to oblivion? I for one am glad that we are back in the game and have a future and, whilst I’m not a fan of ambulance chasers in law, I do think that possibly our way back up wil be via the St Francis legal cases. Capital? Mentioned external investor so placing or just a loan ? Any guess
I think it was the legacy part of the business that was sold.
Lacks forward looking statements, for what happened in the last 6 months which they must know about. ,other than to say they are negotiating a injection of new capital. Although situation has improved. Nothing to get excited about.
Surely we haven’t got wait another year for the last years figures to be issued !!!!
H1 results was lacking a little data for me....also they need more working capital. I also thought they had dumped the payments business....need to have another read.
2020 accounts uglier than I had expected. Big plus is that 20/21 is also behind us. My hunch is that the scaling up reported every month should mean that we are now profitable. We certainly need it. So h1 accounts tomorrow. Forward looking statements will be key
