That's right, but they said it was paid for already out of cash they had already. They are still in-line for the 60-62.5m profit forecast.
One of the RNS's does mention extra costs involved with SGP going into the USA, which will probably affect profits. GLA.
15:05 the price is down 56.5 points, no news on the share, except for Macro economics, the budget, Greece and China debacle. What the F**k is going on?
Treeshake going on at 09.43 price has dropped 18.0 points on the day before results.

Good recommendation today in Investors Chronicle: 'It's clear that SuperGroup's strategy to expand the brand and customer base is paying off. But at 1,234p, the shares are trading on a rather punchy 21 times forward earnings. That said, we still think the shares are worth buying ahead of potential upgrades next week. Buy. '
All aboard the supergroup train riding high to results day!
Sorry, 9th July I meant!
Should that be July?
Full Year Results on the 9th June 2015. Time to start buying methinks!
That all depends on full year results in two weeks, if they thrash the expected £60-£65 million profits forecast. Interim Dividend broadcast to be paid in 2016.
Quite a consistent rise lately towards results. Is it going to be a case of BOOM on results day? Holding out for £18+ anyone got any ideas on if/when it's likely to reach that level again?
Two weeks to full year results! Share so going to move up!
Not one broker has called this correctly in 2015, all clueless as per usual, their guesses from 2014 were more in tune. As I feel the BOD are back on track with strategy - y/e, my heart says 2000p, head says 1870p. Who needs a divi? The Yanks will raise interest rates in the autumn (fall) even if it's just to show they're not being complacent and will bolster confidence in the general markets. Or is that just 'pie in the sky'.
Only ever going to be for Pure Speculation . Doubt they will ever pay a dividend, look at distribution!!
Has been a good liitle earner and even though I don't wear the brand what's not to like, I see it worn everywhere I go ! This sure beats the oil and mining aim shares , had enough of them!

SGP Supergroup looks technically and fundy wise very sound. SP as broken out today, results update in July. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CGkwGlIWcAAwX6V.jpg
I have notice the growth of the brand in the UK this spring. I even spotted this car sticker on a VW camper in surfer zone of Wales... Parody of super dry... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/500mm-50cm-Large-Superwet-Sticker-Decal-Graphic-JDM-DUB-VW-EURO-FUNNY-CAR-VAN-/160954021137?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item25799b7511 Anyway, the brand is cool, it is joining weird Fish and FatFace on the racks... It love the Morgan 3 wheeler they have had made.... I would wear the stuf myself if I was slimmer...
I bought into this Co. as they look like a well run progressive outfit with a reasonable prospect of a dividend feed in the not to distant future. With prospects for the SP moving up from the 800's to 1100 - 1200 region makes me feel comfortable holding.
SuperGroup’s sales rebound: The decision by SuperGroup to have a rare clearance sale and realign its strategy appears to have paid off after the Owner of fashion clothing brand Superdry reported double-digit like-for-like sales in the second half of its trading year.
