Bond, good point - maybe there was a party who was still considering some sort of financing and was to show their hand by close of play. Who knows- sometimes it is hard to accept that its gameover - takes time to process.
Haha sham still not invested anywhere and continues to troll.
This one caught a few of us out but we certainly didn't pump it. Myself and a few others tried to warn This was a gamble and the reasons why.
The price and yesterday's RNS seemed to mean it was worth a punt, that is all.
You said ITS was no good before lots of us made a fortune!
Go back under your keyboard and wait until the next share you can have a dig at because you are jealous that you have no money to invest or trade.
I managed to get out yesterday, relatively unscathed, with only a small loss thanks to the stop I had in place.
Like others have said, this should have been suspended yesterday AM.
Still hoping shareholders get something back here, the NEDs, CEO and CFO were buying at ~12p just a couple of months ago.
Very little could have changed from yesterdays announcement to suspension. They impaled many yesterday no one deserves to lose their full investment regardless.
What’s next steps here, what is a likely timeline for administration? Is their a potential MBO? If so surely some form of remuneration is due even if it is peanuts.
They let their mates out yesterday, welcome to AIM.
Then why not suspend yesterday?
I think it had to be suspended as the directors ascertained the company could no longer be considered a going concern with the imminent refinancing need and no party willing to cough up. The housing market is dire with sales down over 20% so far this year and worse to come . People are reluctant to invest in their homes when all they see is a fall in value and other large calls on their cash. Difficult couple of years ahead , until we get a new government and then it will become impossible.lol.
Notorious "p&d" merchants have got caught in it, serves them right.
No neither am I Bond, seen it before although usually there is a whiff of a buyer before suspension even if it does wipe everyone out.
Spot on Neil, it was a gamble at best but as you say I don't think their was anything to suggest suspension was so imminent. As you say these types of situations often play out slightly differently and over a period more than a day.
Indeed Neil, no sympathy wanted here either. We know the risks and that's the way it goes. Having said that, there are some very unscruplous directors out there!
Yes GB, price had already fallen to an all time low, so why suspend today? Makes no sense at all! Had this not suspended, many of us would've made a tidy profit today!
I guess there's a tiny shred of hope the company is being sold, and then perhaps suspension will be lifted until we've voted on the sale, but I'm not holding my breath about that!
I agree Bond
There were many many sells in the background yesterday ....so many buys printed especially around the 0.40/0.45p but it kept on dropping on only a few sells.
"Letting some people out the back door"
There was no hint suspension was imminent, which from my vast experience of these 'dead in the water shares' is a new one to me.
Yes we knew this was finished as an investment and it was a gamble BUT to suspend 24 hours later with the reason they gave after that update on a number of interested parties is unique to me.
As I say I'm leaving AIM alone.
Ps we are all big boys and girls and knew this was a gamble and I'm not looking for sympathy only stating the way this went in 24 hours was strange even for these type of distressed shares.
It does specifically state that it was the directors who chose to suspend it. Not sure why, as there was no benefit in doing so after the massacre yesterday
Will do, can’t imagine it will have much if any substance! Probably point me in the direction of the broker and play dumb.
I'm very sorry about that GB! I hope you'll make up your losses elsewhere. Yes, please do let us know if you hear from them! Can't imagine what they'll have to say for themselves.
My naivety cost me dear here unfortunately. I was looking for a small profit unfortunately I lost it all. I sent the company an email for some answers, see what the come back with.
Anyway lesson learnt the very hard way! As always they will get away with it and continue trading under a new co, shambles.
If they had simply said yesterday 'shares will be suspended on Friday' the share price would've likely dropped the same amount anyway! To have suspended without notice was deliberate and pretty sinister. They knew full well many PIs would buy them up!
Writing was on the wall here for at least a month before today, so news shouldn't be too overwhelming. If you did have a position, use the experience for when the next one comes around.
Another one bites the dust with the same old denominator...
I punted yesterday because they said “in November” and didn’t mention any covenant breech yesterday so expected to be good till atleast Wednesday next week, was only a small trade, part of the risk when gambling on timing a trade against an inevitable delisting or administration.
Could just of easily not suspended and doubled today.
What does todays news mean? Any shares are now worth naff all? So money gone down the drain? :(
LOL I really know how to pick them, one day later suspension, safe style I wanted your windows 🤣
Morning Neil. Yup, I guess I can be thankful I couldn't buy any more yesterday. I only had £500 worth but still I'm livid about the way the company did that! They must've known yesterday that they planned to suspend trading today. How could they not know?
Trolls? You deluded fool
Well Bond and GB we got that one completely wrong.
Bond thank god you couldn't buy more yesterday.
I've seen it all now after that RNS yesterday then suspension today.
That is me finished with AiM for the forseable future
I'm sticking to William Hill !!
