At last. After a long, long wait we appear to have some movement.

Not sure whether to accept 85p per share or hold on to the shares for a better future if company proceeds with the oil asset in Indonesia.
Three directors have resigned, but I am glad to see C alifornia J oe is still a director. I would like to hear what he has to say and I hope he will post on this BB, as he was a frequent poster in the past.
Hi Paul,
Can you share the contents of the tweet please? I do not have access to the Sefton Twitter account. My request is still pending!!

85p a share, wow I could retire ! I haven't heard the compulsory purchase price, but don't think it will be much. We need to know, to make the decision. We only have a month to get paper certificates organised.
Hi Blueginger, organise paper certificates, can you explain what that means? Do I need to do anything to get it, as my shares disappeared off my share account at the bank along time ago.
Do you need an actual paper copy and if you've got it what do you do with it?
Cheers
Thanks
So if I've got a certificate (I'll need to check) and I hold on to it, do I just keep it?
Sorry, absolutely never been in a situation like this before.
Ser was going to make me rich, hey ho.
Jim Bowen was great though wasn't he.
Used to love it when some one in the middle of the country won a power boat. Totally useless.
Frankly more of a nightmare than good day here though (in the past).
Has anyone heard from their broker how much the shares will be bought for?
Thanks
I've has a letter from the Share Centre this morning (dated 6 Sept) but it says the compulsory purchase price is "yet to be announced" - I have until 21 Sept to notify them if I wish to remain a shareholder.
I'm with ii and have not received anything yet. What's the likelihood of them letting us know the purchase price at the 11th hour???
Has anyone heard the purchase price yet ?
Nope not a thing
Perhaps we all should get certificates just to piss him off
Hello
When it delisted they sent me share certificate (ages ago).
Anyone know if that'll still be valid?
I emailed the company for advice and got naff all back?
Cheers
They're ok, but I bet they're a bitch to park.
Had a email from HL, 0.0007p per share. FFS !!!!!!
0.0007p values SER at just £62,645 . Incredible.
Since Team Clem and BMD took over its been downhill all the way
Haven't paid much attention to the detritus of my AIM exploits from several years ago, but am I safe to assume Sefton is a write-off, just accept the buy back and put the money towards a bag of crisps? Supermarket crisps.
Where is the independent oversight of this valuation process. Where has the cash gone?
How can anyone judge the fairness or otherwise?
Two years of missing accounts. Shareholders have been largely kept in the dark as to where the money has gone.
