Been away awhile now can someone tell me what's happening? I thought we where getting 20p a share and I thought we would have had it by now.
from sepura news letter. "Finally, with Critical Communications World in Hong Kong next month, we are excited to announce that the show will see the official launch of our highly-anticipated new product. : well they will have a new product.... that's some good company news from some while now:)
well if the process takes up 32 weeks and Sepura technology is due to be phased out in 2018, that is the perfect bureaucratic solution -;) The Germans will be hanging on to their handsets I expect. What's left of Sepura will probably move to Germany - i.e the parts that haven't been transferred to China
Takeaways from that excellent sourced article - thanks ndmLSE * The secretary of state can do whatever he/she likes regardless of what the CME recommends (narrow political gain considerations can trump the company going bust) * The process (if it reaches phase 2) could take - gulp - 32 WEEKS. This is ridiculous.
Was feeling positive until I read this :(
Suggest reading also this one. A more cautious view on UK investigation. http:// www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=4b7d00bf-7ae3-4ed1-8264-01b7233dc9a6
Queue - apologies the saga here has impacted my mental capability & no sign of end to it any time soon.
No one appears to be interested. Almost 50% off sale now on and no cue at the door
"In doing so, the UK government could put in undertakings for the companies to adhere to between the deal taking place and the end of 2018 when the incumbent Sepura technology is phased out of use." the UK govt has acted in a manner that displays ignorance of TETRA and questions should be asked about the competence of the civil servants. Most of TETRA traffic will be cops taking about traffic accidents. However surely this condition makes the deal much less attractive Hytera must be scratching their heads and thinking they have overpaid. Putting job conditionality's makes it worse
Great post from wowypauly with the report from Cambridge Investment Research. Makes me feel more comfortable with my holding - maybe a good time to top up.
Was just reading it now and going to post it here...
Recommended post wowypauly Great reading :-)
Have a look at this. https://www.cambridgenetwork.co.uk/news/cambridge-sepura-purchase-by-hytera-should-be-allowed-by-uk-8389/
Hope so m8
Morning all looking good here 4 to 1 buys so far hoping for a blue finish ATVB
Caught my attention, will research more. The concern is that aviva and bnp is off loading their shares.
lots at 146 and 147 all day. are these buys or sells? they look to be at bid price of 11.50p
TYPO.Holding not holders.
inform me that it is against the rules to say if one is buying or selling shares. Therefore i intend increasing my holders at what i believe is a very favourable price. Gla
Lol AKA0 nice... seems your more of a long term growth trader I'm the opposite opportunist day trader, in your position rather sepu probably look at some AIM stars with patience long term hold there will be a few out there with huge multi bag potential better than sepu if your willing to hold and you don't get stamp duty on aim every little helps !
Ajk that's the problem at the moment whoever dumped to get to 11 likely just got rid at whatever price was paid and there wasn't takers on the dump higher up, all it takes is another large dump and you will see the same action lower supply greater than demand lowering sp, there should come a point where everyone wants a share at a particular price then demand naturally lifts the sp higher and with fewer sells. When volume is low can easily be manipulated to lower or higher to attract or panick others into selling or even go hit stop losses... spread bet brokers I'm sure bet against you also not suppose to but it's the market if you have a large long they will short the share or a large short they will long it depends on your tp and stop loss levels if they can eat them at a profit or smaller loss to them they probably will. Why they never lose! You can never prove it!
At least not down today. Yet !!!!!!!!
One thing is for sure no matter what anyone says the market is heavily manipulated!! Unless your buying a dividend growth share with great fundamentals and little to 0 shorting interest.
@AKA0 Spread bets are great and tax free problem is you can get carried away with the margin and without self control over expose yourself also depends on the pips your broker offers a lot of times spread is too much to take a short term risk. Not been on LSE much been trading U.S exchanges, more volatility but damn risky profited a bit and in all honesty lost more! what u learn from u.s. Stock trading makes LSE look like a baby. Great to know your doing well! The last 2 shares I bought on LSE was GRPH at 4.40 got out at 6.2-7.4 but should've held it's over 8 at the moment I think and still a possibility of 2,3,4 bagger if u have patience the other was ALM tried to catch a falling knife bounce on a day trade only but it didn't come so close on a loss ! All in all on my years of short term weekly/day trading I'm probably break even! Sepu is a great entry but without a real reason why it's wiped off soo much from T/O bid can't get it in don't want to be left holding a bag over months, the market already new there would be regulatory issues involved n thought it was priced in between 15-20p this level is brutal n fishy, hindsight would say to good to be true n leave it try something else if it gets to 5p then go for it maybe even get a few at all time low 9-10p as may see demand here, maybe this is another artificial price to panick pi's into selling so hytera's friends or sepura n friends can pick them up cheap who knows.
Spain taking there time 4. Weeks overdue !!!
