Three TR1's today for more than 29% of the Company and the share price drops 24%. Does anyone have a theory as to whats going on.
Following the demerger KRS shareholders were allocated 0.28969 Calidus shares for every KRS share.
Calidus have now consolidated 10:1 so the shares allocated will be 0.028969 shares for every KRS share.
Current price shows CAI trading at 23 Australian cents per share (after consolidation) = 12p per share
Yahoo finance are currently showing CAI.AX at 12.13p per share
Are my calculations correct - a little confused

Down 30% today - what a joke this company is.
Disappointed with the result of recent EGM.
Only time will tell if the correct decision was taken.
More than 2% of the companies shares sold in the last 24 hours.
On 20th June Tim Perman buys 12,000 shares and Matthew Gazzard buys 3,000 shares - both at a price of £3.24
Three weeks later the price has dropped 62p, almost 20%. What happening - surely they would be aware of anything that would knock the price so hard.
With the share price trading at more than 50% below the net asset value of the company surely the only way is up. Come on GEMD.
Why is the Alaine D Buy of 176438 shares at 44p on 31.05.17 not listed in the share trades information.
Trade at 16.26 also a buy. Bargain !!!!
Great post from wowypauly with the report from Cambridge Investment Research. Makes me feel more comfortable with my holding - maybe a good time to top up.
More confident that the deal will go through now. 30% profit over the next few weeks seems very attractive - maybe time to top up.
1GW Unless BNP's relatively small sale was done to convince PI's to sell. It would be interesting to see if they sell further - or buy more, increasing their overall position.
Very little activity today - only a handful of trades, most people appear to have taken their position. Of the trades made buys outnumber sells by more than 4 to 1 - surely the price should be moving up. RNS now is what we need - hopefully price will then move back towards the 20p offer on the table.
DGR1980, not sure how the value of SEPU would drop to zero from £74 million as a result of a delay caused by German regulators. Current MCap is £59 million which would surely be snapped up by someone else if the Hytera deal collapses.
