Well the other company they just brought is in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire is next door , with their concern for global warming makes sense to buy company’s next to each other for the days you check the books, cut the amount of travel hahaha
Thank you Afham. Just making a point re how our CEO is a decent CEO akin with the board. I suspect from his RNSs I see a demeanor that is very different from other CEOs.
Very astute and clever in a long term plan. Which I see unfolding.
What I call a very decent individual. Few and far between.
Brighty in his fantastic 10 points point forgot about FLT3.
Often overlooked.
Not on my watch.

Pound to a pinch of **** (yorkshire phrase its gates and soros wellcome). They and advisers have early sight of data. And a track record of private investments prior to philsnthropic grants. And just to be annoying went up by initial investment today. Il-6 is curious. I cant find another tyk2 flagging il-6. May be commercial confidentiality. But may be we are unique. Gla xxx
Wonderful story Steady I can't begin to imagine how difficult it must be living in a single parent household.
Re. Covid were in the mix the IL-6 WHO and other IL-23 publications just add further validation our Tyk2 compounds and with us being patented put the pressure on the buyer(s) to offer the best price.
With the HNWI's investing insofar £3.5m+ we are in la la land as have no pressure to deal up pre-clinical I believe someone mentioned ph1 can cost as little as £1.5m.
In my opinion the HNWI's were shown the covid data and secret patent details prior to the covid research update release and they have deliberately invested these amounts for a 30-50bag return.
Ahfam. Cards on the table. Imh response.
I ended up at a boarding school as my mum met a chap but better off (great individual, when he passed he got local philanthropist who helped local projects front page of local paper.)The same front page was the local community school got top grades and the other joint headline was simply the best. For the record my stepfather played stb by Tina Turner every occasion he could he would play it at full blast with great locals and Friends at great parties. Great days.
Trust me a single parent child whose mother was told at the hospital it was probably best for me to be fostered given the year and her age of 18 and single and living on a council estate (for the record the estate was real people and I loved it) the transition to boarding school was a bit of a struggle.
But I met some very clever and genuine individuals there. Trust me top top job they are in and given private grants for research in their own time. But the type who would not let their obvious intellect be advantageous to others for inappropriate gain.
Very happy here.
Ahfam - shouldn't be long until the contents of the secret patent are no longer a secret. Until then, some may find this link interesting https://www.ipeg.com/international-or-foreign-patent-filing-strategies/
It contains some info relevant to pharmas and IP protection, "In the pharma industry, it is not uncommon to have 50 to 100 countries in a patent family. This is driven by their desire to prevent generics being made in the county, as much as the local market size, and to prevent having generics shipped into legitimate markets to be sold by licensees."
Just close your eyes now and imagine waking up on Christmas day and reflecting that you bought into Sareum below 'X' pence. Christmas might come early this year.
Your not wrong there Steady, Dr Reader is a genius he saw it coming. And he has applied for the secret patent amidst the lockdowns.
Mafuta.
Very many thanks.
Those who have a bit of time re the 2017 il-6 post request and the July 2020 RNS. Thankyou Matufa!!
Might like to visit the Sareum website and press the news tab. Then press 2017.
Read the RNSs and also it includes Sierra and so much more.
They make for a good read when you adopt timelines ;-)
Best regards Steadydanny
Danny here you go: https://rupress.org/jem/article/214/11/3207/42250/B-cell-derived-IL-6-initiates-spontaneous-germinal?searchresult=1
Afham further to our discussion points earlier and my bringing up the lupus type scenarios re 1802 Which I greatly appreciate yours and SOGs input earlier and knowledge and input.
Doing a bit of digging on your rather amazing find re il-6 and the WHO request for companies to apply their findings.
I don't know how to copy links maybe you might indulge.
JEM. Journal of Experimental Medicine 12th September 2017.
An extract.
Il-6
B cell derived il-6 initiates spontaneous germinal Centre formation during systemic autoimmunity.
Recent studies have identified roles for B cells in triggering autoimmune germinal centred in systemic lupus erythemathosus and other disorders.
We're we early doors? I think so.
It's all about the cytokine storm scenario in my opinion.
Regards Steadydanny
Also note the US Army states IL-23 again we are doing that as well, some very respected articles-

From the 24 July 2020 US ARMY update RNS-
'Specifically, it was reported that treatment with TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor SAR-20351 (now known as SDC-1802) reduces autoantibodies (biological markers of lupus severity) in a spontaneous mouse model of SLE. The data also provided evidence that SAR-20351 inhibits cytokines that play a critical role in lupus, including interferon-alpha, IL-6 and IL-23. The inhibition of IL-23 signalling by SAR-20351 may play a role in the decrease of autoantibodies in the lupus mouse model, as IL-23 signalling drives the differentiation of Th17 cells, which leads to autoantibody production and are pathogenic in lupus'.
It's all coming together, the main stream media will catch up and then the market will catch up or maybe reverse- but we're going to £ land if not taken over before.
Many happy returns chaps in the month of the re-rate.
Ahfam3, not doubting the research as I am just riding on the coattails of the experts on here, but if the shares reach even the lower end of Thoth's range you quoted, that is absolutely life changing for me and my family.
Fingers crossed and thank you to all who take the time to do the research and share it here.
Hello everyone. There had to be a reason behind last weeks patent update which essentially enhanced our existing patent on 1802. Given 1801 is very similar and from the same stable it looks very likely 1801 will be granted the same patent protection as 1802, additionally the secret patent application last spring looks to be addressing a specific indication, I think we all know what that is. ;+) Now throw into thew mix the World Health Organisations specific request to access molecules to inhibit the specific symptoms / cytokine storm induced by IL-6 / IL-23 and we look to have the key to the door. As mentioned earlier the final piece of the jigsaw appears to be the granting of 1801 / secret patents, and when they are I suspect we'll be off to the races, as there will be a very long queue at our door demanding access to our science / IP. Not long now me thinks. GLA. Andy. :+)
Danny/ Ahfam
It certainly looks like they are scrambling for shares now 9p could be in play today, great turnaround from yesterday's lows.

Afham great find.
It feels to me with that piece that we now have everything in place to hit the big time!
As T2 said a little while back I really think we can now get the sick buckets out. I think it is so close now
GLA
Afham...yes sir!!
We have had the wombles come in with nothing to bring to the table with research and discussion points validated unlike the decent posters here.
'The truth dosnt mind being questioned, a lie does not like to be challenged '
We have had the tyre kickers try and fail repeatedly but they get put in their place.
My mind was going overtime on the whole cytokine storms scenario and 1802......your find re il 6 was a master stroke and the timeline.
It all dovetails also why like zylo said no dismissing from above and shares being held.
I reckon the mms have been selling themselves to create a drop. I think they might have got caught with their pants down
Very best regards Steadydanny
That article was dated just a month ago 6 July- we released the covid research update RNS on 01 July and pointed out we are superior to dex and as many words bari as bari has tox issues.
Dex as many have pointed out is intrav (injection) and considered a life saver. Our 1801 is oral all the way baby but can also be injection.
The key is it costs big money to have folk in hospital on a drip with nursey monitoring you- now put a price on a pill and the cost saving to the NHS and government then x100 as we are going global. Think about all those over populated cities like Deli in India where they have beds outside hospital to cope with demand.
Now do you understand why Thoth states £5-£40+ it is really that big.
Steady we're in the money- the BOD know it, the HNWI's know it, the medical community know it, even the c...wombles know it and the hedge funds most certainly know it.
No wonder none of the BOD have sold anything when it hit 9.55p or released a speeding ticket RNS.
We are going global, IL-6 inhibition in covid is severe respiratory cases and we are also addressing bacterial pneumonia it is massive massive massive market billions to trillions over the next 5-10yrs and that is conservative- we are patented for 20yrs minimum and major know it as they have expiring patents from now on in to 2023.
Afham I like this bit from first link
...'WHO has lauched an expression of interest for prequalification of manufacturers of interleukin-6 receptor blockers.....'
Date was I think early July this year. Then the July 2020 RNS re renamed 1802 molecule....then end of July 2021 RNS re 1802 patent update!!
Very interesting times
Aha aha I most certainly am capatayne
IL- 6
Here you go from the horses mouth so to speak, we are en-route licencing deal or takeover far too big for Sareum to hold on to in my opinion-

Ahfam are you thinking what I'm thinking?
I know something else which has Lupus like symptom's and inhibits IL-6-
From the 24 July 2020 US ARMY update RNS-

Yes, you've guessed it Covid- the clue is in the cytokines and IL-6 inhibition.
SOG. Following on re the lupus question I raised and being helpfully pointed to July 2020 RNS and which I believe (I think) that it then became known as 1802.
Last night the link to TM video interview was heavily based on 1801 ( note the grin he had....)
and 1802 would tick along (which I believe is a slightly tweaked 1801), all the noise I'm hearing is concerns of lupus like symptoms.......
Then we have end of July RNS upgrading 1802 patent for its lupus like treatment abilities
Something is happening
SOG, a very good point and something I certainly didn't spot !
