Aslong as the 10% traders get out before the placing everything should be ok
Directors dodgy past makes this a bargepole
Nice, you just need another 5,000% to breakeven
Edenville, the one that went from 6p to 12p in the last few weeks, yep that's the one.
EDL you mean the one you have been in 2018 where you need 10,000%+ rise to breakeven? No thanks I will give it a miss.
Like I said, listen to the investor presentation on Youtube, multi bags then placing ;)
Melon,
You should have sold ROQ, bought Edenville Energy when I told you to at 6p, now sitting at 11p (the bid was at one point 12p) you'd have made a bag to put back into ROQ in time for this squeeze. Easy money when you know what you're doing matey.
I've not been in SYN for 'years', sorry to disappoint Melon. I assume you and the twitterarti crew are happy, morally and ethically, doing what you do, it's not for me and I won't be part of joining anything, but thank you for the offer. You peeps are just going to have to continue without me. I still firmly believe there is a squeeze on here currently to get the placing away at a higher price but still at a discount. Would Ajan be happy doing a discounted placing when the price was at 6p, so a placing at 4.5p? I can see a £1,000,000 placing coming at 6p/6.5p now within the next month.
There has been no news and with Dr Darrin Disley buying on the open market there is no closed period at the moment so ROQ haven't moved into any due diligence period. So there is no deal coming in the foreseeable future. I can see no reason why this has moved from 6p over recent days, other than a potential orchestrated buying campaign going on in the background to get the price up. Personally I'm expecting a few more TR1's from the twitterarti crew over the coming days.
If I were a big pharma I'd certainly be looking into the claim made by Ajan that ROQ has 15 years of data when ROQ was incorporated on 17 August 2020 around 3 years ago (according to Companies House). Where did this 15 years of data come from? and does it include the Greek trials widely reported?
GLA, this may be going up now, but ROQ have already told us they are aiming to raise money in 2023, will it be significantly cheaper in weeks to come?
They are tweeting to themselves these days.
No one takes a blind bit of notice.
Social media has had its day.
Sausage I noticed you have been stuck in SYN for years, if you want to make money sell SYN and buy ROQ. You will thank me for it.
It's the same Twitterarti crew focused on the Promotion and Disposal
Do not tell me this is going up because it is getting cross ramped with UPL an o&g company wtf
What a clown show
?
Mogrify connection.
They’ve got deeper pockets.
Are we missing something?
Listen to the interview and stop being a sausage, it is on Youtube
So that will be a no then, you can't provide a link. Sounds like another Billy Bullsh it story to me that "placing will be when the share price has multi bagged" So the placing isn't determined by the amount of money ROQ have left in the bank, they are going to sit around and watch the share price before getting the much needed cash in the bank. Do you think we all came down with the last rain shower Melon?
Check investor presentation from a few weeks ago
Watermelon,
Could you provide a link to where ROQ said "placing will be when the share price has multi bagged. At a significant premium to today's price."
I've read all the RNS's and it's not there, so either it's a random tweet from Ajan or someone is making it up?
They said placing will be when the share price has multi bagged. At a significant premium to today's price.
Yeah it’s a bit odd from them. They would surely participate in the placing rather than buy now. As you say maybe it just a tactic to try and get the sp up? Seems to be working though.
When you say alluded, what they actually stated in a RNS was "The Directors plan to raise further funds during 2023"
My own opinion is this recent squeeze is to get the price up and the placing away at a higher price. I'm not expecting a premium, but other may be.
They did allude to this in the financial results but not heard anything since.
Are you expecting another premium like before or a discount this time also? Cheers
I guess you don't have to worry about any director buys in SYN, only been 5 years since they bought and after spending millions they have got to 50 bopd. Well done lol.
Simplistic is your view, accurate is how I like to see it. Or are you telling me that I'm wrong ? Are you honestly saying that the buy reported today could take place in a closed period? You do make me chuckle.
Quite a simplistic understanding of director buying there Sausage. Or they can be like your beloved SYN and have no director buys in 5 years?
Can't be in deal mode if directors are still permitted to buy shares on the open market.
Always good to see directors buying shares , shows confidence in the company an its progress 👌
