Hi Kainos, I collated the votes yes but was hoping for a much better and more positive outcome under the new bod and Dr Cave, but unfortunately doesn't look like that's going to happen.
I’ve watched this for quite some time but not invested for one reason; there’s no evidence to back up the suggestion they prevent the spread any more than any other IIR mask. Until there’s peer reviewed research stating they make any difference very few people are going to pay any kind of premium over a standard mask costing pennies. You’d have thought a Dr may have realised this and conducted the research, but I think he got caught up in the moment and forgot the basics.
PIs then got rid of the old BoD and the new one seem equally as clueless. Nobody else with any credit will touch it with a barge pole, so there’s no chance of getting decent leadership. The machine is probably best sold for scrap and all bets put on a licensing deal, which won’t come with the research mentioned earlier.
All in, it’s one hell of a pickle!

Were you the guy that organised the (Shareholder Revolt") - as in did the math?
Bit of a shambles I agree. I think we stick the shares in the bottom drawer on the assumption the money is gone and hope we save the citrus farmers of Florida
I'm now down over 80% since being 'sucked in' by the company's pr hype in November including Dr Cave's tv appearance and tweets, the RNS in Novmber stating Volz had signed a contract over a weekend, only for the share price then to plummet and many of us left holding big losses following the sell out by Pr and Tb's brh company and leaving the company looking more like a 'carry on' film since. I agree with what has been said on here, how can a company be unable to sell a covid killing during a pandemic, it beggars belief! And now the company is not looking to sell to the general public which I guess is down to how expensive the mask is, but surely if this had had proper pr, tv, newspapers, social media these masks would have sold like hot cakes and the price could have been kept much much lower. The company should have pursued licensing deals rather than have a 'one man machine' built in Spain which became a running joke on this board from the laughable rns' being issued from there was a delay to the machine being built, to the machine being stuck in Spain/France due to brexit, due to missing parts on delivery and then the Lemu engineers catching covid. If it wasn't for the large volume of us shareholders who are 30 to 80% down on our investment these shenanigans would have been funny, but sadly it isn't. And now it looks like we are all hoping for a big contract but on the evidence of the old bod & new bod I'm definitely not holding my breath now. All I can do is wait and hope for the best, like many others on here. Good luck to all invested and certainly for shareholders who are heavily down on their investments. Let's hope Dr Cave who we put our faith in comes good for us all, as we came good for him during the warrants issue when he needed our support. GLA
